Meeting Kate

Kate was taking a walk in the park. But, she didn't feel complete.

A child. Yeah. That's what's missing. Kate thought. She got in her car and drove to the Orphanage.

She arrived at the Orphanage and walked in.

''Hi, I'm here to adopt a girl.'' Kate said to Ms. Austin, the Orphanage owner.

''Okay. There is only one girl left. Emma, come down to the main room. There is a nice lady that wants to adopt you!'' Ms. Austin called to Emma.

''This is Emma.'' Ms. Austin said to Kate.

Oh my gosh! It's Kate McKinnon, my favorite actress!  Emma thought.

''Nice to meet you. I'm Kate.'' Kate said.

''It's nice to meet you, too.'' Emma said.

''Emma has been here since birth. She is allergic to peanuts and peanut butter. Her birthday is May 25, 2005. Emma is afraid of clowns and spiders. She likes music, reading, writing, singing, dancing, playing with her friends, puppies, kittens, and school.'' Ms. Austin said.

''She's perfect!'' Kate said.

''Really! You're adopting me! THANK YOU!!!'' Emma said happily hugging Kate.

''You're welcome.'' Kate said.
