Adultery

          " Your grace, for I have come with disturbing news ".
          " What news have you,
Sabasian " Triton spoke as he sat in his thrown, overlooking the Kingdom of Atlantis.
          " For I have seen the unspoken. Your wife good sire, your wife with another man, for adultery is at hand " Sabasian hesitantly spoke to Triton, slowly swimming back.
   As Sabasian spoke his last word, Triton risen from his thrown. The face of discuss and betrail on his face. Triton aggressively grabbed his tritent, pointing straight at sebasian. He spoke with great anger,
          " For what you have seen, I must take action "
          " Your grace, what have you planned " Sabasian said looking at the three points of the tritent at his face.
          " Every action has a consequence. I have heard but never thought. The wife of mine betray me as if I was a fool on the thrown ". As Triton spoke, he looked out the window than swam away to the path of the door.
   Sebasians face grew pail as he became worried for what Triton would soon do to his wife.
   When Triton reached his wife and her lover, he discovered her lover had tentacles. This enraged him more, for in Atlantis it is forbidden to have innerspecies relationships.
   As Triton pulled his wife off her lover he noticed that it was his half - brother Derek, that he never speaks of. As he looks into his half - brothers eyes, he drifts off into a memory...

          " Get off me " Tritons mother said as she tries to shove her husband, micheal off.
          " Shut up! " Micheal yells as he elevated his hand up and swang with force on Tritons mothers face.
          " You shall obay me, for without me you are worthless. You are nothing! " Micheal yelled and soon picked up a sharp shell.
          " I have done nothing to deserve this. I will not be controlled " Tritons mother said while holding Micheals hand with the sharp shell.
          " Last draw, I gave you numerous chances to listen. To live. You shall not see another day " As micheal spoke with an angery tone, he put pressure to his hand with the weapon.
   Tritons mother noticed he was adding pressure and tighten her grip. Her heart started to beat fast. Soon she started to hyperventilate. As the shell drew closer, she new it would be her last day. She started to pray for the gods above to help her. As she was looking at a Micheal, she noticed Triton behind him peeking threw the closet. As she looked deep into Tritons eyes, a tier ran down her face. She mothed the words " I'm sorry ".
   She finally let go of micheals hand, closed her eyes and took her last deep breath. The shell pearced her skin. Blood instantly coming out. Tritons mother gasping for air, her eyes rolled to the back of her head.
   Triton instantly ran out the closet, he had to act fast and noticed he's mothers tritent leaning on the far left wall. He swam to pick it up and as soon as he did so, Micheal dropped Tritons mother and turned to his left. Triton rose the tritent up and shoved it towards Micheal, going straight threw his skull, slicing it in two. Blood oozing out. Michael took one last blink then the top half of his head hit the floor causing brains to spew everywhere. His eyes were hanging down to his mouth, still attached to his half brain. Michael soon collapse and fell on his stomach. Splattering blood all over Triton while ink leaks out of his tentacles.
   Triton swam to his mother. He flipped her around and noticed she was still gasping. He grasped her head and pulled her to his upper tail. He looked in her eyes, with one hand to her cheek and the other rubbing her head. His mother, still gasping, stared into his eyes.
          " Ahh mamma, everythings ok, I promise " Triton whispered to her trying to put a smile on his face to ease her pain.
          " I got him, I did. I promise nothing like this will ever happen again. I will make things right. I love you mamma " Triton spoke with a crack in his whisper. No longer smiling, a tier slowly ran down his face.
   Tritons mother started to gasp heavily. Her eyes grew wider. Her body started to tense and went into a mild seizure. Her body soon relaxed and Triton knew she was gone. He heard a noise behind him abd noticed Derek was standing in the door way. Triton slowly and carefully lifted his mother's head off his tail and placed her on the ground.
          " You did nothing but watch " Triton said as he swam to Derek. " You are band from here. If I ever see you again, I will kill you ".
   That day Triton vowed to never have innerspecies relationships in Atlantis again.

   Triton quickly snapped out of his flashback and grabbed Derek and slung him to the wall weakening him. He soon picked up his wife, Penelope and put her on one shoulder. And then picked Derek up and put him on the other.
          " You will never see the light again, you want Derek, you shall spend all your days with him alone in the dark " Triton spoke as he swam to the place to trap them.
   When he arrived, he tossed them with anger, in the abandoned Cavern.
          " Never shall you see my face again " Triton said quickly, then threw a heavy rock over the entrance.
   Triton quickly swam away with anger. Unknowingly Sabasian was following the whole time watching in terror.
