The Nightmare of death

Normal POV

Natsu and Lucy got back to the house and changed to get ready for bed. Lucy was in a tan top and shorts and Natsu was in pants without a shirt on. Natsu looked at Lucy and she looked at him blushing hard then shivered from the cold. Natsu looked at Lucy a little confused by her reaction. Lucy curled up in a ball and buried herself in to Natsu's chest falling asleep. Natsu smiled at Lucy sleeping, kissed her on the cheek then fell asleep.

A few hours later.....

Natsu woke up to Lucy crying in her sleep."Lucy.... it's ok it's just a little nightmare..." Natsu said stroking Lucy's cheek. Lucy calmed down for a while then woke up screaming and hugged Natsu crying and trembling. "Lucy... it's ok.... it's ok..." Natsu said a little scarred of Lucy's scream out of nowhere.

" Natsu...." Lucy continued to say trembling. "Lucy.... snap out of it... it's ok... please wake up.." Natsu said continuing to hold her in his arms.

A couple minutes later....

Lucy finally awakens from the nightmare and hugs Natsu tightly. "Hey... Lucy... are you ok?.."Natsu said a tear down his face. "Natsu... my dream was about me being chased by a creepy looking man that killed... you...."Lucy said crying in Natsu's chest. Natsu was startled by what Lucy said and hugging her then kissed her on the lips "Lucy it's ok that will never happen.."Natsu said reassuring her. Lucy blushed hard and gave Natsu a big hug and kissed him on the lips. "So... how about we stay up the rest of the nigh together so this doesn't happen again.. alright?" Natsu asked sitting up. "Y..Yeah.. alright.. I'll try not to fall asleep..."Lucy said sitting up as well. Natsu smiled and pulled Lucy on his lap and held her for a while. Lucy rested her head on Natsu's chest and sat there for a while then started to fall asleep. Natsu looked at Lucy and started to shake her a little bit and woke her back up. "Natsu... I can't stay up any longer...."Lucy said getting off Natsu's lap and started to lay down next to him. Natsu pulled Lucy back on to himself. Natsu laid down while pulling Lucy to him. Lucy was on Natsu's stomach facing him. Lucy started to blush hard and kissed him on the cheek and rested her head on Natsu's chest. Natsu smiled and wrapped his arms around her waists and stared out into space. "Natsu... are you ok.?.." Lucy asked a little scarred of Natsu not  replying. "Natsu!!!!! Natsu... Natsu..." Lucy screamed starting to cry on Natsu's chest. Natsu snapped out of it and looked at Lucy who was crying on his chest. Natsu wrapped his arms around her waists and Lucy looked at him startled by his movement. " Hey why are you crying... a pretty girl like you shouldn't have to cry.." Natsu said blushing.

"Na...tsu... you wouldn't answer.... just like in my dream...." Lucy said continuing to cry. "Lucy... I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you..." Natsu said hugging Lucy and kissed her on the lips forgetting about her still crying. "Lucy come on let's get up to watch a movie...ok?" Natsu asked helping Lucy up out of bed. "Ok..." Lucy said while Natsu wiped the the tears away from her flushed cheeks. Lucy blushed hard and hugged Natsu and rested her head on his chest and closed her eyes. Lucy's legs gave in on her and she started to fall. "Lucy!!!! Lucy are you alright?!?!" Natsu said catching her. "Yeah... I'm...fine.. sorry for scaring....you..." Lucy said blushing harder falling asleep in Natsu's arms. "Lucy come on you need to stay up...I don't want you to scream again..you scared me to death...I don't want you to make me feel like your in pain...I don't want you to be scared when your with me...I want you to feel safe, warm, and protected when your with me..." Natsu said at the top of his voice crying tears running down his face. "Natsu...your the only one who makes me feel safe, warm, and protected... your the only one who can make me feel so happy... I'm never in pain when your with me... because I love you soo much...." Lucy said blushing harder, hugging Natsu tight. Natsu smiled and kissed Lucy passionately and Lucy kissed him back. "That's all I wanted to here..." Natsu said hugging Lucy tightly starring into Lucy's eyes. Natsu and Lucy sat there for a while then started laughing together. "I love you...you know that...?" Natsu asked blushing. "I love you too...you know that?" Lucy replied blushing to. Lucy rested her head on Natsu's chest and sneezed. Natsu laughed softly which made Lucy jump. "Lucy...why are you so jumpy.... it's starting to scare me..a lot.." Natsu said hugging Lucy tightly so she couldn't get up. "Natsu..let me go.." Lucy said a little frustrated. "No...I'm not letting you go..." Natsu said pulling Lucy on top of himself. "Natsu.....please.." Lucy said blushing. "alright... fine... I'll let go.." Natsu said. "Natsu.. thank you." Lucy started. "I'll let go once I'm dead..." Natsu said smirking. "fine then... umm at..at least let me get comfy on...you..." Lucy said blushing harder. Natsu looked at Lucy confused then started to blush hard. "alright then you get comfy and I'll let you go...but just enough to move around..ok..." Natsu said grabbing Lucy's hand and kissed it. "Natsu...please let me go... I mean let me go, let me go..." Lucy said trying to get Natsu's arms from around her waists. "now why would I do that?" Natsu asked tightening  his grip on Lucy."Because...I..kind of...need to go to the bathroom.." Lucy said blushing. "oh... well then I..guess I'll have to go with..you..." Natsu said blushing harder. "No you can't do that!!!!!" Lucy yelled. Natsu laughed and kissed Lucy passionately. "That's one thing that I love about you... you always make me laugh..." Natsu said getting on top Lucy kissing her cheek then going down to her neck while Lucy was trying to push Natsu off. "Natsu..." Lucy started. Natsu started kissing her neck and was starting to go down. "Natsu....No!!!!" Lucy screamed starting to crying. Natsu stopped to the sound of Lucy crying and looked at her worried. "Lucy...I...I'm so sorry I..l..." Natsu said starting to cry as well. Natsu let Lucy go and she ran to the bathroom closing the door behind her. Lucy sat on the ground continuing to cry. "Lucy... c..can...I come in..please..." Natsu asked knocking on the bathroom door still crying a little. Lucy opened the door very slowly just enough to see Natsu's face in the door way. Lucy saw that Natsu still crying and let him in the bathroom. "look...Lucy...I'm so...so...sorry...I...I...I didn't mean to..." Natsu said falling to his knees crying. "Natsu..." Lucy said getting to her knees and hugged Natsu still crying. "Lucy...what are you...but I..." Natsu said stunned and hugged Lucy back. "Lucy...does this means that you forgive me...?" Natsu asked looking at Lucy sadly tears still going down his face."Yes l forgive you." Lucy said laughing while Natsu wiped the tears away from her flushed cheeks. Natsu kissed Lucy passionately and Lucy kissed back. Natsu looked a little scarred of going overboard by accident again. "Natsu... you don't have to look like your scared of kissing me.." Lucy said a little sad. "but I don't want to go overboard with you and make you cry again...I don't want to see you in pain like that ever again...." Natsu said hugging Lucy tightly. "Natsu... I'll never be in pain when with you..." Lucy said blushing. Natsu smiled and wrapped his arms around Lucy and held her close to him and Lucy buried her face in Natsu's chest falling asleep. "Lucy not yet..you can't fall asleep yet...you have to stay with me....alright..?.." Natsu said blushing hard. Natsu picked Lucy up and brought her to the bed and got in to. Natsu pulled Lucy on top of himself and Lucy rested her head on Natsu's chest sleeping. Natsu kissed Lucy on the cheek and quietly fell asleep.

A few hours later...

Natsu woke up to see Lucy still sleeping soundly on top of himself blushing. Lucy woke up to see Natsu staring at her and blushed hard. "Natsu..why are you staring at me..?.." Lucy asked nervously. "nothing... just you look cute when sleeping like that..." Natsu said hugging Lucy tightly. "oh..." Lucy said a little disappointed. "Hey.. Lucy..what's wrong... you ok.?." Natsu asked worried. "nothing it's just..." Lucy started. "is it about what happened before..?.." Natsu said sadly. Lucy looked away slowly and a tear went down her cheek and fell onto Natsu's chest. "Lucy I'm really sorry I didn't mean to go overboard with you I don't know what got in to me... I've never felt this way about you...before..." Natsu said pulling Lucy off of him and setting her next to him and got up to leave Lucy's house. "Natsu.... What are you doing..?.." Lucy asked running to him grabbing his hand and fell to the ground panting. "I'm leaving... because your mad at me..." Natsu said sadly not knowing that Lucy was sick. "No...I'm not mad at you...I could never be able to be mad at you..." Lucy said trying to get up but failed to. "Lucy...I think we should..." Natsu started. Lucy's heart shattered to what Natsu was going to say and her heart couldn't take this much pain. Lucy started to have a heart attack and collapsed on the floor shaking. "Lucy...are you ok..." Natsu asked looking to see Lucy on the floor having a heart attack. "Lucy!!!!" Natsu yelled running to a phone and called Levy and Gajeel. "hello???" Gajeel asked picking up the phone yawning. "Gajeel...where's Levy?!?!?" Natsu asked scarred out of his mind. "why what happened is everything ok..?.." Gajeel asked. "it's..Lucy...she's having a heart attack I need your help!" Natsu said crying a little. " We're on our way..." Gajeel said and hung up the phone. Gajeel picked Levy up and ran out the door to Lucy's house. Levy woke up to see Lucy having a heart attack and she got out of Gajeel's arms and ran to Lucy's side and helped her. "Natsu!!! You have to do mouth to mouth to save her if you don't she'll die!!!" Levy said crying. Gajeel walked towards Levy and wrapped his arms around her. Levy hugged Gajeel back crying in his chest. Natsu walked towards Lucy and started to do mouth to mouth.

A few minutes later...

Natsu was out of breath and was crying. Lucy woke up grasping for air and covered in sweet, crying and hugged Natsu still shaking. "Lucy... don't scare me like that again.... I don't know what I'd do without you.. you are my life..." Natsu said blushing harder. "Natsu please let go of me..." Lucy said pushing Natsu's arms away from her. "Gajeel...why don't you help Lucy...she's obviously upset about something that happened before the heart attack..." Levy said walking behind Gajeel who was carrying Lucy to her bed. Natsu laid on the ground crying that Lucy didn't want to be in his arms. "Lucy I said I was sorry....wait she doesn't mean what I was going to say right before she had a heart attack...does she..?.." Natsu thought to himself still crying on the floor. "Lucy... is everything ok between you and Natsu.... you look like your heartbroken...." Levy said with a worried look on her face. Lucy looked at Levy then looked away and started to cry. "Lucy... What did he do to you?!?!" Levy asked scared of the answer. "I think Natsu was going to....to...to..." Lucy said trying to finish her sentence but she couldn't help cry. "Lucy...please tell us what Natsu was going to do...you can tell us..." Levy and Gajeel said together worried about her. "Natsu...I think he was going to..break up with..me..." Lucy said crying even more. Levy and Gajeel were both stunned by what Lucy had told them.
