Chapter 5

       Jace finally gives in and allows Clary to take Raven to battle. It’s the day of the battle. Everyone has their gear on and is ready for a blood bath. Everyone is outside on the Hall of Accords.

       “I just want o that everyone for fighting with us. I thank you for your bravery and sacrifice. If and when we win the world will be back to its natural balance. We will try to protect you as we see it being needed.” Jace says as everyone starts pairing up. Isabell paired up with Simon. Alec was paired with Magnus. Joslyn was with Luke. Maryse was with Richard. Jace wanted to pair up with Clary but Clary said it would be better if he was paired with his dad. Clary was paired with Raven.

       As they all move to the front of the line Clary see’s someone next to Sebastian. She swore it looked like Amatis Luke’s sister. Then she was right it was. Luke’s face looked like he wanted to kill himself. I walk over and grab his hand. I look at everyone.

       I sit my weapons down well the big ones. I walk out with my hands up. I get in front of everyone. “Come to join us?” Sebastian says with a smile on his face. “No I will never join you. Amatis why join him? I know that the clave isn’t perfect but why fight with a murderer. I know that I don’t know you that well. But from what I know about you I love you. My mom and Luke love you. My kids are going love you. Amatis fight for what you believe and not what other believes. Amatis you have the choice. Yes you drank from the cup but I know somewhere inside you don’t want this.”

       I stop talking I start to walk back when I turn around I see Luke’s sister behind me with her perfect blue eyes. I walk and hug her. Sebastian is turning red. “Amatis if you don’t get back here I will kill you personally!!!” He says with a sword in his hands. I push her behind me “Haven’t you learned yet little brother. Love is more powerful than any spell. If you want to kill her you will have to go through me.” I say with a smile as I pick up my weapons. “Thant’s my girl” Jace whispers in my ear and I just smile. I give one of my weapons to Amatis. She stands by Luke.

       “Have it your way!” Sebastian says with a smile. All the demons charge at use. I go around people fighting and Raven is next to me. I have to kill some but I try to just injure them. I finally get to Sebastian. He has blood on his mouth.

       “Are you really going to kill the father of your kids?” Sebastian says with a puppy dog look. “You haven’t figured it out yet? Sebastian I was trapped with you for 6 months! I was 3 months pregnant! Jace is the father and you will never be!!” I say with a smile on my face.  His face was so pale that I swore he had died.

       Jace was fighting back to back with his dad. “You know for an old man you fight pretty well.” I say cutting the head off of a demon. “You fight like me, therefore you just called yourself old.” Stephan said with a smile. “Ha can you do this?” Jace says as he flips in midair and kills three demons coming down. “No but I bet you can’t do this.” Stephan grabbed a demon and threw it on top of 3 others. Killing them all at once. “So, maybe you aren’t so old.” Jace says with a smile. Jace starts trying to find Clary and Raven.

       “Enough talking lets fight. Well I will because you don’t have a sword or anything.” He says with a grin. “Looks can be deceiving little brother. I mean you should know.” I say holding a blade and throwing knifes. He just smiles. I look back towards the fight and see Raven ready to begin. I turn back just in time Sebastian came at me full on.

       Sebastian and I go at it until I cut him in the arm. He yelled in pain. I slashed at him and he moved he kicked the sword out of my hand and it went flying. I looked back and he had hit me in the face. I fall to the floor. He stays back “give up little sister you will never win! Not as long as I have the upper hand.” Sebastian said as he felt weak he threw his sword across the battle field. I turn to look and Raven is standing with her hands controlling Sebastian. I stand up trying not to move. “Any last words little brother?” I say standing next to Raven who still can’t be seen. “How are you doing that?” Sebastian says confused out of his mind. “I put my hand out to make it seem like I’m doing it.

       “Little brother you haven’t even began to see what I can do.” I say smiling. I look over at Raven and she is shocked. I look back at Sebastian and pick up my throwing knife. “Goodbye, little brother hope you have fun burning in Hell.” I say throwing the sword at him. One goes in his head the other goes directly to his heart. I release my hand and he falls to the floor. I turn to look at the battle and people are running away and everyone is celebrating and hugging their love ones.

       I run and hug Raven. I squeeze her as hard as I could. “Mommy?” Raven says pulling away from me. “Yes baby?” I say getting to her level. “I didn’t do that to Sebastian. You did I was going to but then I froze. Mommy I didn’t do it. You are stronger than you think.” When Raven finished I looked at the dead body of Sebastian. I smile and pull her into another hug. I hear my name being called from a distance. I look around and see it’s Jace. I put Raven down and run as fast as I possibly could. I finally get to him and hug him so tight that not even the strongest man could pull us apart. I wish I could just live in this moment forever and never leave.

       “I love you Jace. I love you with all my heart.” I say pressing my lips to his. “I love you too Clary. What happened to Sebastian?” He says pulling me close to him. “I killed him Jace. Not Raven helping I did everything. She was too scared to and I guess I thought she was doing it but it was me. Jace I killed him now to make sure we have to burn the body.” I say smiling. “That’s my girl.” Jace says as he kisses me. Raven runs up and hugs both of us. We fall to the floor and I land on top of Jace. Raven runs over to Stephan and hugs him.
