Two doctors stand on either sides of an operating bed. One doctor has a handkerchief over his mouth and nose, he is standing beside a movable table with a large assortment of tools on it.
The nurse across from him, is barely distinguishable as a women as she is wearing a gas mask. She is hunched over the table, operating on something. She sticks out her hand and requests an operating tool, without looking up.
He quickly hands her the tool she requested, and she brings it down and continues working. The room is brightly lit, white walls and floors.
The surgeon stands up straight and begins stripping off her gloves, laced with blue blood. As she begins taking off her mask, an alarm sounds loudly and shines red rays of light all around the room.
The other doctor runs to a computer in one corner of the room and checks surveillance. He sees a 22 year old Korean man running through the halls in only jeans. The surgeon slips her white doctor coat off and begins walking out of the room.
"Rosa, where are you going?"the doctor asked. She turns to him and stares for a moment. She then, quick as lightning, draws a gun, fires one round into his head, and darts out the door.
