i sat there, crossing a leg over another. i stared at the boy in front of me. "so, you don't have change?" soohyun asked.

i shook my head and crossed my arms. "soohyun, i don't even have a single penny on me. how the hell would i be able to give you change?"

"well, maybe you know someone-"

"shut up soohyun," i chuckled slightly as he sunk down into his seat. "just use those notes for now,"

"i don't want to waste these," he sighed, holding them in his hands. "but you have no other choice," i smiled.

"you are right," he lay his head down onto the table, faking a cry.

"hopefully, i won't waste it all in a day," he spoke.

i sighed and lifted my head. she was there. but still alone. i tilted my head slightly, staring at her.

her long brown hair fell down past her shoulders, her red lips touched each other. her small hands were holding onto books as she struggled to make it through the crowd.

i quickly stood up, walking over to her. "do you need help?" i asked. she looked up at me, her eyes a little wide.

"ah, no thanks," she hid her head again, her hair coming in front of her face.

"are you sure? you don't seem comfortable around all these people,"

"thanks again for the offer but really, i'm fine-" before she could even fully finish her sentence, she was pushed forward.

she let out a little yelp and fell onto me, her books falling out of her hands.

she was literally shaking in my arms. i quickly looked to see who had pushed her. the girl was just walking away.

"yah! could you at least say sorry?" i raised my voice, loud enough for her to hear me. she didn't look at me and waved before walking out to the field.

i cursed under my breath and looked at her in my arms.

"are you okay? here, let me get those books for you," i slowly let go of her, bending down to grab them.

i held them in my hand and looked at her. "i'll hold onto these for now. shall we go to the library? it is more calmer there," i suggested, showing a small smile.

though i may be acting all fine, but i was dying inside. seulgi was right in front of me. i'm holding her stuff.

"um, okay then," she nodded her head softly. i smiled and put my hand on her back, pushing her forwards a little bit.

"if you need anything, help or whatever, i'm always free," i spoke walking past the crowd, keeping her very close next to me.

"ah, you really don't have to do that. i'm fine being alone for the time being," she said as we walked away from the crowd.

"you don't seem so fine being alone," i said as i raised a brow. "don't think of me as a creep or anything. let's be friends," i smiled, pulling her into the library softly.

"friends? me and you? you can't be friends with me. no way. i'll ruin your reputation," she said, panicking slightly.

"seulgi, calm down. seriously. i don't have that big of a reputation anyways," i led her to the back of the library. there was one table, simply set in between to chairs.

"come sit," i smiled, placing her books down onto the table. "wait, this place even existed?" she asked, looking at me in surprise.

"well, of course," i let out a small chuckle, ruffling my hair. "i want to be friends with you seulgi. okay? we'll get to know each other well, talk and have fun and you won't ever have to be alone,"

she only stared at me, fiddling with her fingers. "but, i don't know," she sighed, looking down.

i reached over to touch her shoulder. "forget about everything. just think of me, helping you," i smiled.

"i guess..." she stopped a little bit before she continued.

"i guess it will be fun to have a friend around,"

the story to me seems to be escalating really quickly. but hello? we need some drama you know XD

i hope you are all well and hope that you have enjoyed this chapter.
