Tangled 2 (Naruto Fanfic)

Part 21

*Yuri's pov* 

I stood me watched as Sakura got to work, being away for so long I feel like I need to get to know them again. My eyes drift to the floor and I bit my lip slightly I let's out a small breath. Suddenly something touched my shoulder. 

"Eek," I squeaked as I jumped a little, my head snapped to where the hand was, slowly looking up I see the face of Kakashi sensei. 

"Don't worry, Kankuro will be alright," Kakashi sensei whispered. I swear dropped. 

"Yea I know, that wasn't what I was thinking about though," Yuri murmured glancing back at Sakura who had a bowl of water beside her and was extracting the poison from Kankuro's body, swear dropped down her head as she worked. I looked back at Kakashi sensei who held a questioning gaze. "I just feel like that I've been away for so long, what if they changed to much. Or hate me because I wasn't there for them?" Kakashi sensei sighed. 

"The important thing is that your here now, and I have a feeling this is where they're going to need you the most." Kakashi sensei stated, we both looked back up to Sakura. "Sakura was inspired by you to become stronger, she wants to be able to protect you and Naruto, not the other way around" he whispered, Sakura sighed and wiped more sweat dripping down her face. I looked at Sakura with wide eyes. 

"Sakura," I whispered. Kakashi looked at me with a soft gaze. "She'll never be as strong as me" I stated. Kakashi smacked the back of my head and I fell to the ground with a loud thud, Sakura and everyone else looked over. 

"That may be true, but at least she's trying." Kakashi stated as he crouched down next to me, my back on the ground and my face facing the ceiling. 

"I know, I admire her for it." I said looking back at Sakura who was looking at us with anger, sadness, annoyance, question and love. "Don't worry Sakura, we're just having a sensei and student moment." Sakura nodded and slowly got back to work looking our way once in a while. 

"You should," Sensei said as his eyes scanned his book lazily. 

"Still a lazy ass I see," I muttered. 

"Ye-hey," Sensei pouted. I laughed. 

"But your my sensei," I whispered as I hugged him. He hugged me back. 

"Agh! I have this wedgie and it won't come out!" Naruto yelled, we looked towards Naruto who was runnin around no picking his butt and yelling. We all swear dropped. 

"Naruto," we all whined.
