Falling Asleep on a Stranger

Jessica's POV(point of view)

"Oh my gosh! This is the perfect beginning to the summer! I can't believe we actually got tickets this year." I said as I paced across the hardwood floor in my room. It was officially summer today and in five days I and a few of my friends were going to Warped Tour, a concert type thing with a TON of bands, all of which I knew a few songs of. Alice, my best-friend, practically screamed into the speaker, causing me to wince in pain," I know right! This is going to be perfect. How much money do you wanna spend on merch before we go?" I giggled at her enthusiasm, sighing as I took it all in,"I was thinking enough to get a t-shirt, some new bracelets, and a draw-string bag. We can do that the day before though, if you want to" I could feel and hear her nodding, her earring slightly hitting the speaker of the phone. We continued to talk for a bit before I decided it was time for me to hangup so I could get some sleep. I laid in bed, thinking about how perfect this all was going to be...

Vic's POV

I turned over groggily, slightly moaning as the sun hit me dead in the eyes,"Ummph..." I was barely audible, rubbing my eyes before I reached for my phone. Just as I turned it on, it made an earsplitting sound that would've woken up the whole bus had Id've had it on full volume... Oops! As soon as it turned on, I sat up a bit too quickly and bumped my head on the top of my bunk,"God damnit!" I rubbed the top of my head, wincing a bit in pain. I sat up slowly this time, sustaining no injuries, as my bunk curtain was yanked open harshly and a very aggravated Jaime stood infront of me," Vic! What in the absolute hell? People are trying to sleep here!" I flashed him my "million-dollar" smile and he softened up a bit,"Fine. Whatever Vic, but I'm going back to sleep. We're already at the venue and have about 4 hours until we go on, so you can do what you want but be quiet!" I giggled, his hair was sticking up in all kinds of directions, but mine probably didn't look very photo-ready at the moment either. I slipped on some jeans, my grey hoodie, and some black vans and headed outta the door. I decided to text Alex to see if they were here yet and if he wanted to go out with the guys tonight.

Vic: Hey man! Y'all made it to the venue yet?

Just a few minutes passed before I got a reply

Alex: NO. We had a bit of bus trouble but we should be there in like twenty minutes

Vic: Damn, that's gotta suck! We just got here, but I'm gonna go. I'll talk to you later man! Oh, I almost forgot to ask you but do you and the rest of the band wanna go out with the guys and me tonight?

Alex:Yeah, sure! We'll be there, just text me when y'all wanna go. Alright man, BAII!

I slid my phone into the pocket of my hoodie, pulling my hood up as it started to rain. I was near the busses and decided to see if any of my old buddies were here, but I figured they were anyways because we were almost the last ones here. As I walked around I spotted the big black bus with 'Black Veil Brides' written across the side,'I guess I should ask Andy if he wants to go out with the guys tonight, we haven't hung out since they kicked off their last Church tour.' Slowly, I walked up the slippery steps and knocked on the door. To my unfortunate surprise, Juliet answered the door,"What do you want?" she hissed. I started to laugh, holding my hands up in a "Aressted" fashion,"Woah, calm down. I'm not here to sleep with your boyfriend, I just need to ask him a quick question." I chuckled once more and pushed past her. Andy was sitting on the couch with CC, laughing their asses off at something that they were watching on TV. I couldn't find Ash, but from my guesses he was probably sexting some girl due to the "Oohs" coming from his bunk. Jake was probably still asleep and Jinxx was making something to eat. Andy looked up from his tirade of laughing and walked over to me," Hey Vic! Haven't seen you or the guys in a while, how've y'all been?" He hugged me and patted my back, chuckling at how short I was compared to him. I smiled, this is the type of friend I like to have: The ones who are chill, and can take a joke from time to time, but can also be super caring and serious if you need help." I was just wondering if you wanted to go out with the guys and couple of other bands after the shows tonight,want to?" He nodded enthusiastically and I could feel Juliet's eyes staring me down. I shook Andy's hand, deciding it was probably best for me to head back to the bus and start getting ready for the show. I pushed past Juliet again, wincing at brushing past her and started to head towards my bus.
