"YOU WHAT?!" My mom yelled. "HOW IN THE BLOODY HELL DID YOU GET SUSPENDED?!!!?"
"Mom, she pulled a knife on me, and blamed me for trying to kill her. Now think, would I really do that?" By saying this mom seemed to calm down a little. She sighed walking off.
(After school ends for the gang)
Mom had gone to get groceries , so I was home alone. A knock sounds from the door, and I lazily get up. I opened the door revealing a slightly excited Yami.
"Y/N! Look at this!" He said holding a flyer in front of me.
"Duelist Kingdom?" I questioned, and he nodded. "Sounds fun! Do we have to sign up?"
"Yes, but, Pegasus has sent invitations out to the duelists he wants in the tournament." he said.
"That reminds me, I haven't checked my mailbox in a while. I'll do that now." I walked past Yami to the front lawn. Opening the mailbox. Sure enough, a cream-colored envelope with a rose (srry if I got that wrong. I've been watching Black Butler Lately) sticker in the middle. Running back up to Yami, I practically shoved the letter at him. "Is this it?"
"Yes! That means we can compete together!" I smiled.
"When does this thing start?"
"In two weeks."
