Today is the first day of high school I'm so excited to be a Freshman even though I wish I was older and wasn't a small stumpy Potato. I know I'm probably gonna mess up and make no friends. I just don't want people to hate me for being me. As I walked to school I saw these 3 people, 2 boys 1 girl. I walked towards them (which was a big mistake or at least I thought it was). "I'm Gene and I'm the leader of the Shadow Knights (SK) the other two are Sasha and Zenix".
I'm y/n.
"Cool. Now go ur just a nerd". I ran but someone followed me to class. It was Gene.
"Hey sorry about earlier you seem nice do you want to *gulps* go out sometime".
Uuuuuuhhhhhhh....... Ok.
"Seriously Gene wait up in the future". 
"Meet me in front of the school tonight".
Ok bye Gene
"Bye y/n".

Gene's POV
I can't believe that I got a date. The SK thinks that she's a nerd but truthfully she's a beautiful person.
"Gene snap out of it".
"Wait who is y/n standing with".
"Aaron is his name. They met online".
"Oh"
My heart has been slaughtered. I think I've fallen in love with y/n.
