EVIE'S POINT OF VIEW

Tears stung her eyes as she stared at the ropes tied to her wrists. This is it. She said softly, a tear escaping her eyes. This is the time when he really beats me while raping me. He said this will be a different kind of "sex". But the only thing that will be different is him burning me while he goes for what he wants.

The front door opened and my heart stopped. His face appeared and a smile curved at the edges of his lips. "Hey, sweety. Ready?"

I shook my head. After that, I completely regretted it. His hand stung the side of face. I whimpered but stayed in place. "I'm sorry." I said softly, not bothering to look into his eyes.

"You should be you worthless piece of sh-" He didn't get to finish as the door slammed open. There stood a tall figure that looked like he was in his mid forties.

"I wouldn't touch her If I were you." His deep voice scared me.

"Oh yeah?" He growled. "And what are you going to do about it?"

He reached into his back pocket and brought out an MK 15. It was black and had a laser. I desperately wanted one of my own.

His brown eyes stared into mine. He winked and mouthed the words, "Later." I thought he was talking about the gun so I nodded my head in acceptence.

My father cowered back slowly and pushed me towards the door. "And stay out you filthy slut." He slurred.

I growled but all he did was smirk. "I'm declaring war on your precious little pack, Billy. Just wait."

His laugh taunted me out of the house as I sat in the passenger seat of his car. He stared at me and smiled. "You're the right one, alright!"

I stared at the man blankly and shrugged. I hate talking to people I just met. Especially when they're creeps like him.

Staring out of the window, I saw the blurr of trees pass beside us. I growled out when I smelt the scent of another pack. My head snapped to the old man in the drivers seat.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked softly.

"My pack."

Those simple words was what made me jump out of the moving car and straight into a field. I was still in their pack but I could easily make it out if I run fast enough.

This is going to be tough.

I ran until I was out of breath. Which wasn't very short considering I have spent three years in Shop Class. I don't know what it was, or why I was doing it, but I started following a scent. Someones scent. My Mates scent.

I wasn't watching where I was going. When I collided with someone, the scent became stronger and my eyes fluttered open to see the cutest person ever.

My wolf was think one word that summed the whole thing up. No wonder I was on the way to a new pack...

"Mate." I growled out at the same time he did.
