"Can I get a large mocha frappe please?" I ask as I finally reach the register at Starbucks. I never knew that it got this busy in the afternoon. I look around for a place to sit. Most of the seats are taken. I only see one table open near the back. Hopefully no one takes it by the time I get my coffee.

"That will be $4.25. and you're name?" The cashier asks. I turn around to see a blonde hair, blue eyed guy smiling widely at me.

I smile back and hand him the money. "It's Kierra. K-I-E-R-R-A."

He writes my name down on the cup and then something else that I can't see yet. "I'll be right back with your frappe." He turns around and begins making my coffee. I look behind me to see if the table has been taken yet. It has. A guy with long black hair sits down and pulls out his phone. "Here you go." I turn back to the cashier and I take the cup. "Have a nice day cutie." He winks and I walk away.

I continue walking until I reach the now occupied table. "Do you mind if I sit here?" I ask nervously.

The guy with the black hair looks up from his phone. The first thing that I notice are his blue eyes. "No. I don't mind." He smiles.

"Thank you." I take a seat in the chair next to him. I look down at my coffee cup to see my name, what I'm guessing is the cashier's name and his phone number. I look back at the register. The blonde smiles and waves. I wave back. I look next to me only to see the long haired stranger staring at me. "What?"

"What's that?" He gestures down at the list of tutors that Jessie gave me.

"Oh! Um... It's a list of tutors. I'm failing my college math class so my teacher, Ms. Anderson gave me a list of tutors and  their phone numbers." I hand him the list and I start sipping on my frappe.

"Sherriff Grimes is a great at math." He continues reading down the list. "She put me on here?"

I raise my eyebrows. "What's your name?"

He looks up from the paper. "I'm sorry. Where are my manners?" He holds out his hand. "I'm Norman."

I shake his hand. "I'm Kierra. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too." He says with a huge smile and goes back to reading the list. "Shane isn't too good at math so I don't know why she put him on here." He chuckles. He moves some hair out of his face and hands the list back to me.

I put it in my backpack. "So, how do you know Jessie?"

"She's an old friend of mine. We went to school together." He explains. No wonder he looks so familiar. He used to come and visit Jessie after school sometimes. But it's been a while.

"So, she's not your girlfriend or anything?" I'm curious now. I finish my frappe and I sit the cup to the side of me.

"No. She's not my girlfriend." He replies. He looks up at me with a reassuring smile.

I look into his eyes. I could get lost in them for hours if he'd let me. My thoughts are interrupted by my cellphone screaming the remixed version of the Teen Wolf Theme song. "Hello?"

"Where are you?! You were suppose to be home an hour ago!" My dad yells. He's probably drunk.

I sigh and run my fingers through my hair. "I'll be there soon." The phone clicks off in my ear. I put it in my pocket and I grab my empty frappe cup.

Norman gives me a concerned look. "Is everything okay?"

"Yeah. I just gotta get home." I turn around to leave but Norman grabs my arm.

"Let me give you a ride home." He lets go of me and smiles. I begin to shake my head no. My dad will flip if anyone gives me a ride home. He prefers me to walk home. "Please. It's the least I could do. You've kept me entertained when I thought I'd be sitting here alone for a while. I'll even tutor you."

"Okay." I nod. If me letting him drive me home gets me a tutor then okay. Norman and I walk out of Starbucks and to his Jeep. He holds the door open for me. "Thank you." Such a gentleman. He closes the door, gets in on the drivers side.

"Getting a tutor and meeting a cute guy to hang out with this spring break was easier then I thought." I tell him.

He chuckles as he puts his seatbelt on. "Thank you. You're not so bad looking yourself."

"Thanks." I giggle. "I'm sorry that we can't spend anymore time together today."

"It's okay. We have all the time in the world." He starts the car and we're on our way.
