Dean- he didn't understand why you were so emotional but soon realized why. He then goes out and buys you pie and snuggles with you.
Sam- Right away he notices when you have your period. He goes out and buys a bunch of junk food and (y/f/m). When he gets back you guys cuddle up, eat, and watch the movie falling asleep in each others arms.
Cas-He didn't understand what it was until you explained it to him. He thought you wanted to be alone so he flashed away.
