"This is your floor." He looked at her as the elevator doors opened at the 20th floor, revealing the pitch blackness. She held the camera tightly in her hand and turned around looking into nothing.

"Good luck." Aaron said from behind her, but Addy said nothing. She marched forward into the darkness. Her eyes focused on the night vision screen using it as a guide.

Slowly she walked down the hallway, ignoring scary thoughts that circled her mind. She had never been a fan of the darkness but it was time to face her fears. Something drew her further down the hall, farther away from the elevator. The only thing that would be her safety.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, "..follow me.." a voice whispered in her ear causing her to jump.

"I'm a skeptic but I swear that someone just whispered in my ear." Adelaide said with a hint of fear in her voice.

Back at the base the boys were watching all of their contestants wander through the darkness. Zak's eyes never leaving Adelaide's screen, he didn't care about any of the others.

"Are you okay?" Zak called her in through his walkie talkie, and Addy jumped again. Zak laughed when he saw her camera screen shake, knowing that he had frightened her.

"Yeah," she responded through her walkie talkie but then she paused as a cool breeze passed her right arm, "everything is okay."

Zak seemed content with the answer because he didn't say anything. Quickly he glanced at the other screens and his friends, but nothing interesting seemed to be happening, so his eyes fell back to Adelaide's screen.

"..In here.." the same feminine voice was in her ear again, in front of a closed room door. Addy stood there for a moment, unsure if she should enter or not. The voice was so gentle that she wanted to trust it, but a part of her told her not to. I'm a skeptic, maybe it's not even real. Nothing to worry about, Addy. She told herself, in an attempt to calm her nerves.

Her hand rested on the door handle and hesitantly she pushed the door open to reveal an abandoned hotel room. It still had all of its furniture, it looked run down. The bed sheets were missing, paint was peeling from the walls, and a chair had been flipped onto its side.

The force that came at her from the room when she opened the door, was unreal. Her emotions went wild as something heavy brushed over her. It was like she wanted to cry, scream, and laugh all at once.

Suddenly the door slammed behind her and she jumped, turning around the with camera. Her hand reached for the handle, but the door was locked.

"Guys," Zak reached for Aaron, "she's in the room, where the woman jumped."

"How the fuck did she know what room it was?" Billy asked.

"I didn't even tell her it was on the floor. No one said anything, right?" Zak asked looking at the three men beside him.

All of them shook their heads just as Addy's voice came across the screen. "It's locked," the growing concern in her voice was evident, "I-" before she could finish her camera had fallen to the floor, facing the open window that was across from the door.

"Adelaide!" Zak yelled over his walkie talkie, but she didn't answer. Her feet being the only visible thing on the camera.

"Watch the other contestants," Zak said looking at Jay and Billy, "Aaron we need to get up there." Zak grabbed a flashlight and Aaron followed with his camera. They ran toward the elevator as Jay and Billy watched the feed.

"..Come with me" the voice was becoming clearer, so clear that Billy was able to hear it. He was getting nervous as Adelaide took a few steps towards the window. More of her body became visible as she moved further away from the camera. Her mind was in a trance, it was peaceful. It was like all of her pain had been taken away and soon it could all be forgotten too.
