Chapter 5

Nevaeh Pov

I run downstairs and I grabbed my gun and asked who it is.

Nevaeh: WHO IS IT?

Kaylani: ITS KAYLANI OPEN THE DOOR ITS AN EMERGENCY!

I swing the door open and my gun back. I looked at Kaylani she's been crying and I don't understand why.

Nevaeh: what's wrong?

Kaylani: Cairo was in a accident

Nevaeh: is he ok

I ain't in tears. why should I? he's done way worse to me.

Kaylani: WE HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL

I wasn't about to go. Why tf should I?

Kaylani: YOU DONR UNDERSTAND HEAVEN WAS IN THE CAR WITH HIM.

As soon as she said Heavens name I ran up to my room.

Imani: what's wrong

By then I was in full fledge tears

Nevaeh: Heaven was in a car accident she's at the hospital.

I put on joggers and a black shirt and my Jordan's threw my hair in a ponytail grabbed my keys and my phone Imani was right behind me.

Kaylani sped off to the hospital so quickly we got there in 10 minutes.

I couldn't stop crying and Imani just held me like the big baby I am. As soon as we got to the hospital I ran to the front desk. 

Nevaeh: WHERE IS HEAVEN MARIE DIAZ?!

Receptionist: I DONT KNOW LADY AND PERSONALLY I CAN CARE LESS!

I jumped over the desk and was punching her shit like crazy non stop. Imani grabbed me so quickly and a doctor came out of nowhere.

Doctor: Family of Heaven Diaz?

Nevaeh: IM RIGHT HERE IS MY DAUGHTER OK?!

Doctor: She is fine all she got was stitches on her arm a piece of glass cut her but other then that all her test came back negative she is fine we want to keep her overnight we will give you a room so you stay here as well.

They took me Imani, and Kaylani to a nice room it reminded me of when I gave birth to her and they brought her to me.

My baby looked so distraught. As soon as she saw me she was content. I picked her up so quickly and have her so much love and cried tears of joy.

Someone knocked on the door me and Imani were sitting on the hospital bed together and Kaylani went to get us some food and grab some clothes for Heaven and me. In walked Cairo with scratches on his face and a wrapped up arm.

Cairo: Listen Nevaeh, the accident was not my fault the stupid fuck was drunk and hit us.

Nevaeh: Why were you guys out so late?

Cairo: We went to my sisters and we fell asleep and I woke up and was on my way back to my moms house.

In walked Nessa at the perfect time.

Nessa: ARE YALL OK?!

Cairo: Yes ma we are fine.

Nevaeh: I hope you get better Cairo.

Cairo: Thank you and uh Imani? I'm sorry about disrespecting you earlier you cool people.

Imani: it's all good in the hood.

He walked back to his room and Nessa stayed and checked on my baby girl and she talked to me and calmed me down. That women knows how to calm me down so quickly. She went to go see Cairo and I gave Heaven a  bottle and I burped her and she fell asleep on my chest. Me and Heaven knocked on Imani.
