Ch. 1

The next day I head to school in the morning it's cold because I decided to wear my brothers shorts along with his gym shirt the only thing keeping me warm was this oversized sweater I found in my father's room. 'I'm finally here at school will anyone even remember me? Of course not I only came here once' I said to myself I took a deep breath and sighed as I did that Mei walked up to me "Ayame?" She asked as if she knew it was me, I walked past her trying to avoid her but she followed me and she pulled on the sweater "Ayame why did you cut your hair? You looked so pretty with your long hair" she said as if she was upset "You don't even know me enough to care" I said to her as I nudged her away from me and walked away. She pulled my hand and took me to the roof "why are we even here?" I asked ceaselessly, "well Ayame I know you and you know me, we have been friends since we were kids" she said as she looked me straight in the eyes
I didn't believe her at all and I walked away but she kept grabbing my hand and then she kissed me on the lips "we made a promise that we wouldnt forget eachother, how could you have forgotten me?" She said as she cried, I looked away I closed my eyes for a slight minute trying to remember her but I couldnt remember her at all "Mei I need to go as soon as I remember you I will talk to you" I said as I ran away and ran home as soon as I got home I decided to go threw a few boxes that have pictures from my childhood, I see Mei in all the pictures we have known each other for a long time.
As soon as sundown happens I decide to go to bed I fall asleep I start remembering how I met her.
(Dream: We were five years old when we met we were really good friends we stayed friends until junior year thats when I forgot everyone and when I was being sent away to hospitals because of my health issues, I was in a coma for two years, they told my dad there was no chance of me living and if i did live i wouldnt be able to remember much without my dads help, when i woke up from the coma i didnt even know how i ended up in the hospital or how long i was there but i know i felt i was missing something and by the looks of it I was in love with my friend)
I kept tossing and turning as soon as i wake up im covered in sweat theres sweat on my bed i panicked because i did not think i even knew her but in the end it turns out im still in love with her but knowing myself i will end up keeping it to myself until its time.
