easy: Camille wake up, get Skylar and lets go

I sit up from the bed and rub my eyes.

camille: What? Why? Whats going on?

easy: Ill explain later baby just know its bad and we need to hurry.

I nod my head and quickly get up. I quickly pack all of my important belongings into two big bags including clothes and sit them by the front door and then I go to Skylars room and pack her things into one big bag. I change into some jeans, a hoodie, and converse.

Easy puts our things in the car as I wake up a sleepy Skylar and change her clothes to jeans, a shirt, a jacket, and boots.

skylar: Mommy where are we gwoing? Im stwill sleepy

camille: Ask daddy when we get downstairs okay?

skylar: okay

Skylar grabs her favorite blanket, pillow, and stuffed bear. We walk downstairs and Easy is waiting at the bottom of the stairs with his hands over his head. Skylar walks up to him and hugs him tight. Easy looks up at her and hugs her back and then picks her up, holding her.

skylar: Daddy where we goin?

easy: Were going on a special surprise trip

skylar: How lwong?

easy: A loooonnnggg time but trust me you will have a lot of fun

Skylar nods her head as we walk out of the house. Easy buckles Skylar in her carseat in the back and we both get in the front of his truck with Easy driving. The car ride is silent for a while. I sigh while taking my hair out its pony tail and scratch through it a little. I look in the back to see Skylar sleep as Easy gets on the freeway.

camille: Whats going on Easy?

easy: I dont want to talk about it right now. Can we talk about it later babe? Please

Easy sighs.

I pull my arm out and slowly rub his ear and side of his head.

Were leaving our home and I dont really know I feel about that. Im scared. Scared we will never come back.
