6 o'clock in the afternoon"Annie! I'm leaving for that job interview!" Her mother called from the kitchen.
"Don't you already have a job?" The eleven year old Annie asked as she read a book on her bed.
"Yes, but I can't pay the bills with just that one. I'll have to work another."
Annie sighed unhappily. "Okay Mom. Good luck!"
"Thanks! Make sure you look out for your brother! He just got out of the hospital and I don't want him getting hurt! Bye Honey!"
"Bye Mom!" As she heard the door slam, she quickly hopped off the bed and closed her door. She then reached under her bed and pulled out her planning sheet. She looked over her calculations and made minor adjustments before getting her pre-packed bag out of her closet and throwing on some dark clothes. She was about to rob her first bank, and things only escalated from there.
They were never going to have money problems again, that she would make sure of.
