In Lucifer and The Ultimate Source Perspective
The spell Cas and the witches performed worked if their was a being inside the cage.While preforming the witches didnt know that this would open the cage for a brief second this allowed him to escape the cage but destroyed his vessell/physical form so he needed to get a new vessell.But he needed to find someone powerful enough to hold his and the ultimate source raw power or it will kill the person as soon as he enter them.Also the escape and destruction of the vessell caused them to be weakend.The only known vessell for Lucifer who was able to control the raw power was Cas,Dean,and Sam but by the fact Cas mind was erased this causing him death would cancel him out and Sam and Dean since they would never give their consents even if its their last line of defense.So they needed someone even stronger than the three of them combined because he got even more stronger than he was originally was because of the added power of the Ultimate Source which made him at least 10x his orginal power making him somewhere near Death power which made him originally scared of him.But with the power this made him think he was strong enough to go head to head or one on one with the darkness aka god sister.Lucifer finally finds a man who is more than powerful enough to hold him and the source this person is stronger than Cas,Sam,and Dean combined he was a hybrid of angel and demon which made him real powerful he wished to make world peace because of his angel side he was very peaceful so Lucifer appears to him as a ghost saying hes an angel and that he is ready to grant him any wish.The vessell wished for world peace and Lucifer said that this required for his consent which he gave him but the way Lucifer imagined world peace was destroying everything while the vessell wanted no more war.Lucifer in his new vessell calls (to be continued)
