#ProjectIronWomen is the sister campaign to the movement #FreeTheBoy, where we focus on the daily struggles of a modern woman, both major and minor, and the female heroes are celebrated no matter how big or small.

What is #ProjectIronWomen?
ALTHOUGH THIS NEWLY FOUND CAMPAIGN had been inspired by recent events that occurred in the 2016 Presidential Election, we aspire to target a much bigger picture whilst renaming true to our message. Over the previous centuries, the life of a women has changed immensely, including the establishment of woman voting, the increasing number of women in leadership roles and the empowerment of women all over the globe. Yet though today's society has reached new lengths, women still have obstacles to overcome.
As a teenage girl myself, I hate being afraid of what the future of the world holds for growing young women. I wish for a world of assurance, where any woman, regardless of her age, sexuality, race and religion, can aspire for what her heart desires and chase her dreams. Yet though some countries have achieved this in one way or another, these privileges are not extended to women in third world countries who have no access to education, sanitary needs, and have no freedom simply because they were born a girl.
With this campaign, there are many issues and topics I wish to tackle and address, though some views on certain issues may be varied. There is the matter of consent and how it should be taught at the young age to both genders. There is the matter of abortion and how the government should be allowed no say in how a women uses her body. There is the matter of sexual objectification in young girls who are barely over the age of thirteen. There is the matter of rape cases where the victim is blamed simply because her skirt was "too short" and she should've "dressed more appropriately". There is the matter of no education for millions of girls all over the world though it is a right as humans that they are entitled to.

What are some issues I can write about?
FOR THIS CAMPAIGN, WE ALLOW free range of issues as we do not focus on one, singular problem, but many. However if you are struggling, here are some suggestions:
- Mental Illnesses such as depression, schizophrenia, anorexia, bulimia, etc. - Female empowerment and a strong, independent women who is the hero. - The other side of the story: the school "slut", a villain, a antagonist, etc. - A rant about something that angers you.
A Message
IN THE NEED FOR THIS campaign to succeed alike it's brother campaign, #FreeTheBoy, we need the support of you. We need to spread awareness and empower. We need to break the stigma many of these issues have and discuss them as mature, young women. We need to show them that they can't stop us and that we will not give up. Because we will never stop fighting for a world where we no longer have to be scared and frightened and constantly put down.
Because we are women, we are iron women. And we will never stop.
