my poor baby i cannot believe that his FATHER acted in such a manner and just thinking about it makes me want to go on a rampage in so upset how could I have not seen that I needed to get a divorce when he kicked my daughter out and she wasnt here right now she went out of town with her boyfriend he is going to propose to her while there gone so I think I'll wait until they get back to tell her whats going on im so upset its one thing to kick my daughter out but to lose my son almost permanently now the police are here and my son just left in an ambulance with his boyfriend im gonna kill that ex husband of mine

apolice officer (also jeff uncle of toby) p.o.v
I saw amy she looked angry angrier than I had ever seen her and im her brother I had just put her ex husband in handcuffs and I stood him next to the car with my partner I turned around to see amy stomping towards me and I say "amy I understand your upset but yoy have to cal~"
"DONT TELL ME TO CALM DOWN"she growled cutting me of and stomping past me
One thing I did not see coming she went up to her ex husband and puch him hard like goddamn hard wait why am im watching I should be stopping this
"amy amy"i said picking her of her knocked out ex husband who had been out since the first punch
"thats what she gets son of a bitch tried to kill my son got another thing coming"she said kicking him hard "bitch got life fucked up"she said I was surprised thats the first time I heard my sister use such language in one sentence
"calm down and go to the hospital with your son he needs you right now and im pretty sure his boyfriend could use some comforting to"i said
"okay"is all she said before walking of and leaving for the hospital

2 days later
noahs p.o.v
so it's been two days since incident and he is just now waking up
"nurse"i yell and a little short lady with blonde hair comes in and checks the machines and tells us the doctor will be in soon
"how do you feel"i asked him
"um who are you and why am I in the hospital" toby said and I was hurt that hurt my hear the most the pain was unbearable his mom must have heard because she came in the room and held me as close as she could and I start to cry my boyfriend my toby doesnt remember me
"hey mom whats going on why am I in the hospital , and why does my head hurt so bad and where is dad"toby said with worry tobys mom let me go and ran to her sons side showering him with kisses saying'ill explain later dont worry about it right now all that matters right now is that you are okay' she said I walked out if the room and sat in the chair I heard someone yell I want to see my son I know he's here I looked down to see my dad running down the hallway straight towards me I start to cry I stand up and hug him saying
"he doesnt remember me what if he never does I love him what will I do I cant live without him"i say
"now son calm down he will remember so stop crying please I cant cope with seeing you like this I know what his father did was wrong and he's and ass but please keep your head up things will get better"my dad said
"how do you know"
"because if you were able to get him to fall in love with you the first time you can do it again"he saidand he was right I stopped crying and I went to go eat some nast nasty hospital food for me and toby

tobys p.o.v
so I had staples in the side of my head I must have feel pretty hard or some thing like that they say its been like 2 or3 days since I've been in the hospital scary its about time my mother told me whats going on and now is the right time she sitting right next to my bed watching TV
"mom what happened s for me to be in the hospital with staples in my head"and she told me the whole story and I started to remember little oarts like my dad coming in the house with a bat and thats all I remember and that handsome guy that was crying in my room earlier was my boyfriend noah I got out of bed so quick I cant believe I forgot my sexy boyfriend noah I feel horrible how could I have forgotten I run out of my room and see noah on his way back with two trays of nasty hospital food I run up to him wrapping my arm around his neck and kissing him deeply making him drop the trays and and snake his arms around me we start to fight for dominance with our tongues and of course he won and after a few minutes he pulled away and looked me in the eyes and tears start to fall and all I could say was
"I remember"he starts to cry "I though I was going to lose you"he said "you know im stronger than that now you need to explain to me hiw hard you hit my dad the other day so stop crying please"i looked at him with a smile he looked up and smiled as well and said"i missed you"he said "I was never gone I was always here and even if I dint live noah I would still be with you no matter what I will always be by your side never forget that"i pecked him on the lips and started dragging him to my hospital room im so happy to be with my boyfriend
