The Project 9

I officially  hate projects. I mean they were always fun, until my math teacher was like,"You're gonna make a five page report on Algebra II, Geometry, Algebra I, and Trigonometry. I am about to die. But the good thing is that Travon is coming over to help me with my project since he did like 87.8 % of it in class since he is the second top student in the whole math class..

"So trigonometry is the branch of mathematics dealing with the relations of the sides and angles of triangles and with the relevant functions of any angles." He explained to me.

"I know that!" I said and lay my head on the table.

"Let x equal speed of airplane in still air, y equals speed of wind and D the distance between A and B. Find the ratio x / y. Against the wind: D equals 8(x - y), with the wind: D equals 7(x + y). 8x - 8y = 7x + 7y, hence x / y = 15." He blabbered on, leaving me gaping at him.

"What? Am I too smart for you?" he says and plants a kiss on my cheek.

"Okay so trigonometry is the only thing I have to finish! It's due in two weeks! Omg thank you, Travon!" I leaned over and kissed him.

"No problem, babe."

I pushed the trigonometry paper into a math folder, then placing it in my backpack

I pushed the trigonometry paper into a math folder, then placing it in my backpack.

"Now what?" I said, turning around. Travon took me by the waist, kissing me. He lay me on the bed, his hand creeping towards my waistband. I grabbed his hand.

"Travon, no, I can't." I say and he sits back, confused and annoyed.

"Why?" he lay his head on my lap.

"I'm on my period, and because I don't want to."

"Okay, what do you wanna do?" he asks, closing his eyes.

"Eat, sleep, repeat." I say. He smiles at me.

"Booooooooorrrrrrrrrrriiiiiiinnnng! Common, let do something other than sleep. I like the eating part though." he leaned over and kissed my neck.

"Whatever." I moaned in laziness as I slung my feet off the bed and got up.

"Lazy bones, you need to do something other than sleep or else you'll turn out like my uncle."

I elbowed him in he ribs,"Ow, hey hey. Feisty much." he joked and I let out a giggle.

"Vamonos, everybody lets go!" he sung.

"No! Pleeeeease no! Don't bring back those memories." I laughed uncontrollably  at his annoyance.

"Sorry." I managed to say before another fit of giggles escaped me.
