*Miracle's POV*
Days has passed, Daddy and Papa arranged yesterday as our first Family Photoshoot for Christmas cards and stuffs also I already bought Papa and Daddy's gifts also Blessie's without them knowing of course, I went with Allysa that time.
Today is Christmas Eve and my parents invited their friends, families and my one and only friend, Allysa and she asks me that she'll bring her neighbor friend Claudette which I agreed to
"So, who's coming over Mimi?" Dad ask me as he braids my hair and Papa is doing the finishing touches on our living room
"Allysa and Claudette" I said
"Claudette? That's a new name, is that a new friend of yours?" He asks
"Hopefully, she's allysa's friend" I said
"I'm glad you're socializing with people sweetheart but don't push yourself okay? I don't want you to be pressured" he says making me smile
"Yes daddy" I said and he comes infront of me and looks at my hair
"Always beautiful" he says kissing my forehead making me smile
"Just like you daddy" I said making him smile wide and hugs me, we we're both wearing ugly Christmas sweaters because according to Papa it's 'Family Goals', Dad was wearing his signature tight black jeans while I wore my beige leggings with some soft winter brown boots and my black Christmas sweater.
"Now let's go downstairs, I need to make sure your papa isn't eating all the food" daddy said while chuckling and I just laugh and nod but I remembered something
"I'll be there in a minute daddy, is it okay?" I ask and he nods and left my room and closes the door
I kneel down infront of my bed and got out three boxes that I wrapped for their gifts, I got all of these gifts because I save all my allowance they gave me and I manage to buy these stuffs
I sigh and push it back underneath my bed and the end of my sheets covering them then I grab my phone and went downstairs and saw Daddy and Papa embracing each other as they dance slowly with the Christmas song playing , Dad had his eyes close and place his head on Papa's chest
I took a picture of both of them and smiled because I can clearly see Daddy's engagement ring on his finger making me wonder about their wedding
"Have you been standing there long Mimi?" I look up and saw that they're both looking at me with Blessie on papa's hip as she clings to him like a koala
"Ahm, not so long" I said and smile and they did too then the doorbell rings making me turn around and Papa changes the slow Christmas song into a jolly one and we all open the door and saw Aunt K and her fiance Uncle Jeremy
"Hey!!!" Uncle Jeremy and Aunt K greets and hugs my parents
"Hey precious!" Uncle jeremy greets me with a hug and kiss on the head and he lifts Blessie up and kisses her cheek, Aunt K kissing my cheek and hugs me tight and kisses Blessie's cheek
"Y'all are so cute!" Aunt K says as she saw all of us wearing a Christmas sweaters making us laugh then Aunt Esther, Uncle Darien, Uncle Avi came inside hugging me and kissing my foreheads and cheeks, Uncle Avi hugs me longer though
"I love hugging you so much" uncle avi says as I chuckle
"I love hugging you too uncle avi" I said as the others starts to talk, Blessie is being lifted by Uncle Darien
"Heyy, I wanna hug too" Uncle Kevin says as Aunt Nicole and Aunt Candice came into view and I hug Uncle Kevin as Aunt Candice and Aunt Nicole hugs me and compliments my clothes and hair
"Thank you Aunt Candice and Aunt Nicole, dad braided my hair and papa bought us this sweater" I said smiling
"It's so cute, I don't even know why they call it ugly Christmas sweater, its cute" Aunt Candice says and Nicole chuckles while she shrugs
"Where's Aunt Kate?" I ask
"She'll be here soon" Aunt Nicole says and I nod
We all went to our kitchen and they put foods on their plates, the 'guys' including my papa were in the hallway talking with beers on their hands while eating and the 'women' including my daddy is in the living room with wines, I was drinking juice also Blessie as she keeps circling around the table chasing Wyatt's tail and I am just sitting down on the other couch as my dad and my aunts we're gossiping
"Mimi! Allysa and a friend is here!" Papa says as he guides Allysa and Claudette with foods on their plates already and a glass of juice making my eyebrows furrow
"We arrive like minutes ago but your papa made us get foods first" Allysa says placing her plate on the table also did Claudette
"I'm Claudette by the way" she says with a big smile on her face, she has a short black hair, petite body structure, in other words she is a cute girl making me smile and already feel comfortable when I shake her hand
"I'm Miracle" I said and she smiles
"It's nice to meet you, thank you for agreeing that I could come, I really wanted to meet you because Allysa here has talk so much about you" claudette says taking a bite of her cupcake and I chuckle
"I hope it's all good things" I said smiling
"Both" allysa says while eating and I widen my eyes
"Allysa, being an introvert is not a bad thing" claudette says
"It's because you are one" allysa says
"Aren't you one also?" I said and she seems to realize something then giggles innocently
We talked through the night until Aunt Kate arrives and she gives me kisses and hugs , papa and daddy sets up the karaoke and everyone starts to pile in the living room
"Who's gonna sing first?" Papa ask using the microphone and Aunt K raises her hand and picked a song, Allysa and Claudette are even enjoying, it's nice to see all of them laughing, smiling, joking around, I have a warm feeling in my heart that makes me sigh contently and makes me smile
It's been a while since I've felt this and I don't want it to end.
