A glance was enough for me, but you didn't seem to notice , although your hands embraced me with adoration, your hair waved at me in awe, your eyes glowed brighter than the chandeliers and in that moment my heart melted into your soothing arms
not knowing the consequences of love I slipped further into your arms but the moment you let go I dived deep into great lament.
You promised to love me forever but you left anyway, you said you would hold my hand always but you strayed away abruptly,
unable to comprehend I phased out eventually, like vapour in the air I was dashed by your thoughts to condense into a stranger.
