An endless sea of crooked trees,
Spreads widely over the horizon
With coal-black branches, crimson leaves,
That rustle in the eerie silence.
A narrow path slithers between
The glaring trunks with pointy teeth;
Their eyes that hold a deadly gleam,
Hide many secrets underneath.
A man stares blankly at a mirror,
His hair a milky shade of white;
He sees the moonlight getting dimmer,
The mirror glowing from inside.
His light blue eyes widen with terror,
A scream arising from his throat,
The sight he's seeing in the mirror
Setting his stomach in a knot.
The man with jet black hair stares back,
His ruby eyes flashing with danger;
And in one short and swift attack
He reaches out and takes the stranger.

PoetryI don't know how many people do read poetry but I'm going to give it a shot and post some of the poems I wrote. They're not that good since I actually like writing stories over poems but still what could could go wrong, right? :)) Anyway I hope you...
