Chapter Four

I woke up with Nora singing in the shower, she was out of tune, i just laughed and went to shower too (not in the same bathroom, obviously!). I get dressed and she came in my room.

"What we'll do today bestie?"

"How about a day of the girls? Shop, hairdresser, making nails  and go to the cinema?" Her eyes shone, I knew the reason she came to Dortmund was to spend the time with me and not be holding candle. And since I am a great friend, I decided that this is how it would be.

Then when we grabbed our bags, we locked the apartment, and Nora drove to the nearest mall. We went into several shops. But nothing pleased, until we find the Peek & Cloppenburg. It was a complete shop with all departments, so we stayed there quite a long time.

"What do you think about this high heels?" Nora asked while she whirled to see how the red high heels was on her foot at every angle. 

"They are very high, will you ever be able to walk on them?" She sighed dismissively and with much conviction said:

"Frailty, thy name is woman!" she said with a sovereign tone. 

I rolled my head mockingly and said "I think we're already bankrupted." she looked quizzical.

"You mean, i am bankrupted, you have a rich boyfriend for pay it to you" she noticed my look of contempt and went to the cashier, I had already paid because I certainly didn't bought so many things like she did. We left the store and we let our stuffs in the car, which wasn't on the underground parking, because of our recent trauma of these locations, due to the occurrences of the previous day. Then we back to the mall and went to the salon, there we made a hair hydratation, washed and brushed our hair and made our nails. After a long agonizing hour we went to cinema snack bar, we bought popcorn, coca-cola, chocolate, peanuts, etc. She was was buying tickets for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and i saw Robert with a woman, she wasen't his wife and he had his arms around her neck. God, this man is a boor, i feel sorry for Anna. When Nora returned, I was still standing staring at they, she searched for who I was looking for but didn't succeed.

"Come on"  She said pulling my arm into the cinema room.

We sat in the front row, and amazingly when I looked back, there were none other than Robert and the watery-blonde; They were a little left of us, so they didn't see me. The woman was tall, with green eyes, and had blond hair that is obviously not natural. I was wondering why the hell would Lewy betray Anna if they've just married this year. But for some while, i stopped to intrude in his life and watched the movie.  It was a cool movie, but I expected more since the first movie was much better.

We had been out all day, and was dusk when we left. During the film, Nora mentioned that she would leave tonight. I insisted her to stay longer, but she had commitments in Witten. 

I hate goodbyes, but there was two of us in front of the bus, while the driver shouted at her go once and for all, i holding her and she with her bags, ready to go.

"You need to visit me more often" She said with one foot on the step of the bus.

"I will certainly." I said and she disappeared into the bus.

I drove back to home, a little sad, because Nora always makes me happy. I wish she lived here, I thought.

Coming home, I found Mats sprawled on the couch with his hand resting on chin, looking very bored.

"Hi cute boy." I said as he got up and gave me a hug.

"Hi pretty girl."  I remembered that I was away from home and do not remember having seen him before leaving. Then I saw the key I had given him (with a BVB keychain). "Where were you? I was here a long time waiting for you, and please you need entertainment in this house, no videogames or sports magazines or anything."

"Oh, sorry if I'm not addicted to sports or games." I was always sarcastic, and then he was much more.

"I forgive you." At this point we were kissing for a long time. So I had to restrain him.

"Don't you have to play tomorrow?" he seemed upset.

"Yes" he admitted with a face of defeat.

"Come on cute guy, let's buy your video game." I smiled.

"REALLY?" He looked like a child.

"Yes" I took his hand and closed the apartment; when we were out there, I saw from afar that same blonde woman (of course not natural hair). I stared at her so much that I almost hit in the car door when Mats opened it. 

He went driving. We went into an electronics store, where he finally bought an Xbox so he have fun when he be at my house. We bought pizza in back to home. An hour later and there we were, I reading "The Book Thief" and Mats all committed to his FIFA 14, a match Germany vs. Brazil.

"It could not be another game?" Sounded distraught.

"No, that's the best! And what about this book? The problem with books about nazism, is because it  makes everyone look like monsters."

"As if they weren't." He looked at me with a face challenging.

"Fine, let's forget about it, just sit closer and let's play, I doubt you can't make any goal in my target." That sassy smile, UGH.

"I will surely do more than one goal. But let's make it coolest, we bet something. What if you lose, you jump in the pool... naked, and if I lose, I do the same." He listened tuned my challenge and seemed to have enjoyed.

"It sounds wonderful. Bet!" He reached the other control for me, I caught it and five minutes later was unbelievable 8-0 to him. 

"Damn Neymar, move these legs" If there is a thing I hate, is lose. Looking at Mats, he seemed very happy, maybe because i will have to swim in a weather of 2ºc. 

"It looks like a pretty girl will show her cute butt swimming naked today" That smile again. 

"It's unfair, you're professional, and i don't even know in which button to press!" I pouted, maybe he felt sorry for me.

"It's no use pouting, I'm not going to get you out of this. Was wagered and you lost, start get undressed. I wait you do."  Sassy as ever.

I knew I was beat, so do not dialogued more, just did. I took off my clothes and put on a robe, was freezing outside.

"Wait, the deal was jumping naked, no bathrobe." He said sitting in a chair at a little distance from the pool. So I took a deep breath and took courage, let the robe fall, covering my private parts and ran jumping up in the pool.

"W-o-a-h. I bet it's freezing." He said being sarcastic.

"You bet it right." I said as I cringed. "Please bring my robe" He came to the pool ladder and handed me, I went out and wrapped on it, i took the excess water out of my hair, now, full of chlorine.

"C'mon crazy girl, so you'll get cooled." He said hugging my sides and carrying me to inside.

I took a quick shower, and how I couldn't sleep with wet hair, I made Mats dry it for me with the dryer. As I read. It was really funny because he couldn't combed it and point the dryer to it at the same time. And all because of the damn game.

We were lying beneath many blankets. Peacefully. Until ...

"Achoo!!!!!!!"  

"O-oh!"
