Rowan
I stare at myself in the mirror, my skin fully washed, my hair laying down all wet, and a towel wrapped around my body. I seriously can not believe i got a hickey. I am only fifteen years old and I let my boyfriend who is older than me, give me a hickey. I mean, its not his fault, we were both caught up in the moment (a moment in which, if my parents find out they will kill me) and it just sorta happened. I just can't help but wonder what would have happened if I didn't stop it. Would we have gone that far? Would I have lost my virginity when I had barley just turned fifteen?
I apply makeup to my collarbone for the fifth time. It's been a week, how long are hickeys supposed to stay on your body? I know that I'm making a huge deal about this but imagine if my parents saw their fifteen year old kid with a hickey from her seventeen year old boyfriend. They would flip out! And then we would break up, then everyone would question why and of course since we can't say why there will be rumors. All because of this damn hickey.
Corey feels bad for doing what he did, but I tell him it's okay and not to worry, even though I worry all the time. I can't have people knowing that I got a hickey at fifteen, especially my family.
"Rowan! Lets go! We leave in twenty minutes!" My mom shouts. I quickly turn the blow dryer on and start brushing and blow drying my hair. I have to get ready for a young Hollywood meeting that I have with Corey. He asked if I needed a ride but I said no because my mom already offered.
When we arrive, I go to the back room where we are going to get our makeup done. The people aren't here yet so I wait for Corey to arrive. When he does, I hug him and he hugs me back, lifting me up.
"What's up Rowan?" He asks sitting down. "Nothing, I just have been missing you." I say to him. He blushes. "I missed you too." I smiled at him and gave him a kiss on the lips, he kissed me back really fast. He laid me down so that he was on top of me, and he started moving his hands to go under my shirt. I stop his hands.
"Corey, what are you doing?" I asked sitting up and pulling my shirt down.
He shrugged and held my hand. "Just having a very fun make out session with my beautiful girlfriend."
"What if someone or my mom comes in and sees us?" I asked.
"Oh yeah. Well, I guess we can just do this another time." He smiled at me. I shook my head. "No, I don't want to do this at anytime."
"What? What do you mean?"
"I really like kissing you. I do. But sometimes I feel like you get too touchy-touchy and then I get scared that we might go all the way." I said putting my head down, only to have it be lifted up again by Corey.
"Look, im sorry that I get too touchy but it won't happen again. Also, I wouldn't let us go all the way, you're only fifteen and I'm only seventeen." I nodded and gave him a hug.
Later on that day, Sabrina came to my house to have a sleep over. We were eating ice cream and sitting on my bed talking. "So, he just excepted that you didn't want to go all the way?"
I nodded. "Yeah. He even thinks that his age is too young."
"Wow, he really is a good guy." She said. "Yeah he's the best." I smiled. "So, how are things with you and Peyton?"
"Things are great. We bond over things all the time and we can always smile when we are around each other." She responded.
"How long has it been? Five months?" I asked, laying my head on her lap and looking up at her. She nodded. "Yup. And I only know that because you and Corey have been dating for six months and we dated a month after you guys did."
I smiled. "Awww who's getting great at math?" She giggled. "I am."
Then Sabrina's phone starts buzzing and she looks down at me. "Peyton wants to FaceTime, is that okay?"
I sat up and asked, "You didn't tell him that you were hanging out with me?"
"I did. But I don't know why he's calling." She shrugged her shoulders. "I won't answer if you don't want me too, I know how much you don't like it when people interfere with girls night."
"No, it's alright. Just answer you damn phone." I said walking to my chair and sitting down crossing my arms.
Sabrina answered her phone. "Hey Peyton, look now isn't-"
"Sabby I miss you so much, lets chat." Peyton said, making me angry. "LOOK YOU PIECE OF BREAD, ONLY I CAN CALL HER THAT!" I shouted. Sabrina's jaw dropped.
"Okay sorry, geez." Peyton said. I crossed my arms and sank down into my chair. "Ooh, Was that Rowan?! Can I talk to her?" I heard a voice in the back say.
"COREY!" I said smiling before getting up, flopping my body on my bed, grabbing the phone away from Sabrina then, pushing her off the bed. "Hi! I miss you!"
Then, it looked like corey did the same thing I did. He grabbed Peyton's phone and then pushed him out the way. "I miss you too rowboat!" He said smiling.
A angry Sabrina slowly rises from the floor with her now messy hair in her face and shouted, "ONLY I CAN CALL HER THAT!"
"Sorry geez." Corey said, making me giggle. "You two are lucky that you guys are adorable." Sabrina said. "Yeah, other wise we would be killing you guys right now." Peyton responded.
"Yeah, yeah. So, I was thinking that all four us should have a date night, later." Corey said. "I guess, we can hangout at my place and watch some movies." Peyton suggested.
"I'm cool with that." Sabrina said. I nodded. "Same."
"Okay, it's a double date." Peyton said. "Bye." They ended the call and then Sabrina looked at me and smiled. "How did we get so lucky?" She asked. "I don't know." I responded.
