[Quirks] Has a strange and unusual obsession towards Princess Luna - He spends most of his time complimenting and fantasizing over her - He is gay, and he shows it a lot, but doesn't realize himself
[Backstory] He was named Heal Bell after he was born, because of his parents' inability to get along very well. Their personalities clashed, and they were about to separate, until he came. He was always encouraged to go and play with friends, but he never really wanted to. Eventually, in his teen years, he was taking care of a booth during a festival, and the princesses came to attend it. Once he saw Luna, he immediately wanted to be by her side; call it love at first sight. So he signed up for the royal guard, and was enrolled as a special pocket medic for a very brash stallion.

[Feedback]
Overall, I think this is a very well thought out character. He is believable, his color scheme doesn't clash, and his backstory is nice and original. My one concern is his lack for a cutie mark. If he has a talent, then why doesn't he have his cutie mark? After all, he clearly has something special that he does with his life. Not to mention that he is well over the expected age for a pony to earn their cutie mark. But besides that, I really do enjoy his profile!

0.5% - You just need to evaluate on why he wouldn't have his cutie mark - Without a reason, it just makes him less believable.
