Alice's POV:

I was standing beside my boyfriend while we were at the beach. He look so handsome and he had an awkward look on his face. I asked, "What's wrong baby?" He looked at me with sad eyes and said, "We need to talk, but not here there is too many people." I looked at him confused, "You can just say it. You don't have to worry about anyone listening babe, I promise." I heard him mumble under his breath, "Here goes nothing." I looked up at him and he looked at me. But before he could say anything my phone rang. I looked down and it was my mom. I answered it and said, "Hi mom! Is everything okay?" She said, "Yes honey everything is fine. I just need you home to watch your sisters." I said with a sigh, "Okay mom I'll be there in a bit, I just have to tell Tristen bye okay?" My mom said with a discussed voice, "Okay but hurry up. I love you sweetheart." I said with a smile on my face, "I love you too mommy, bye." I hung up my phone and turned back to Tristen. I told him, "I have to go watch my sisters. What is it that you wanted to talk about?" He said to me with a sigh of relief, "We can worry about that tomorrow." I turned to kiss him on the cheek. I said, "I love you and you make me so happy. I don't know what i would do without you." He said with a slight smile, "I love you too, Alice." With that said I walked back to my car and I hopped back in and drove away.

Tristen's POV:

I watched her as she drove away. I hated myself for not telling her sooner. She looked so concerned and I don't know what came over me. I just hate doing it this way but she has to know what I'm going through. I hope she understands whats going on. She just has to, or I don't know what I would do. She has to know that I'm leaving her for a good reason. I just don't want to put her through so much stress in dealing with me. That's why I am going to tell her tomorrow. I know it's a bad time, especially since it's on our one year anniversary, but I need to tell her soon and I thought about it today, but she left to go watch her sisters. So it has to be tomorrow.

Alice's POV:

I woke up to the birds singing in my window. I love to hear the birds sing. They always calmed me down. I got up and went to the shower. After I got out it was a little hot outside, so I put on my cut of jean shorts and my baby blue tank-top. I dried my hair and put on my converse. I heard my phone ringing, so I hurried to slip my converse and ran to my room. I was a werewolf so it didn't take me long to reach my room. I picked up my phone and smiled when I saw Tristen across my screen. I quickly answered it. Before I could say anything he said, "Meet me at the beach in ten minutes. I have to talk to you." I asked, "What's wrong?" He said, "Please just meet me there in ten, okay?" I said, "Okay. I love you. Bye." After I said that all he did was hang up. I quickly brushed my hair and grabbed my keys. I locked up the house, got in the car and drove to the beach.

Tristen's POV:

I saw her as she stepped out of her car. She smiled at me and waved. I waved back with I slight smile. She came running up to me and hugged me. She let go and looked at me awkward because I didn't hug her back. I asked, "Can we please talk?¨ She looked scared and said, ¨Yes. What is it.¨

Alice's POV:

He looked a little nervous about something. We walked for a little while and then he stopped suddenly. "Look. I know you love me with everything you have, and I love you too. I don't want to but we have to break up-" I didn't let him finish his sentence. I took off down the sidewalk to the parking lot. I didn't want to shift so I ran to my car as quick as possible. I got in my car and started to cry. I knew I had to go home. I got the tears to stop falling down my face. I started my car and drove back home to my house

When I got there I didn't even stop to talk to anyone. I ran to my room and I lay on my bed crying my eyes out. I cried until my eyes began to get heavy and I fell asleep.
