Serena's P.O.V.

While we flew, Frosty explained to me who are the guardians and their past lives. When we arrived, I was amazed. The place was very big! Jack then started giving me a tour of the workshop.

Jack led me to a room with a giant globe with lights. "The lights represent children that believe in us, the guardians." "So you protect children who believe in you?" I asked.

"We protect all children, even if they had never believed in us."

"Even the very naughty and mean children?"

"Yup, also them."

"But who- wait, is that supposed to happen?" I pointed at the globe. I had noticed that there were some black sand circling the globe. "Shoot," murmured Jack, "Gotta tell North." He then started flying away fast. "Jack!" I yelled, "Wait up!" Unfortunately, he didn't hear me. I tried to chase him, but he was too fast. Soon, I lost sight of him. Shoot. He didn't show me yet where North's office is!

I went to the library to search for the answer to m question. Who are the guardians protecting the children from? I know it's fear, but who is the guy who brings fear? I'm guessing the boogeyman, but I want to know his name used by the guardians. After minutes of searching for the book, I found it. It was about the guardians and their enemy. I skipped to the page for the enemy. I saw the picture of a man who had grayish skin and jet black hair. So the enemy is a man named Pitch Black, who brought nightmares that trigger people's fear. Ha, I was right, he is the boogeyman! He wants to destroy the guardians so he will be believed in. I decided to read his history (I'm not gonna type it😝).

As I continued reading, I heard a voice say "Hello." I turned around and saw the exact same man I saw in the picture I saw.

Hi guys! Sorry to keep you waiting, and late Merry Christmas! My updates will be slow because I'm studying for my entrance exams for high school (I'm grade 6.
