I Love You

We walked up the stairs after my mother had opened her mouth.

We were unscathed. 'Thank god.' I thought.

"You're mother, is kinda funny you know. Not looking at the fact she threw a bottle at you." Lea gently whispered as we finally made it to a safe place in this house.

My room was truly a safe place, but you had to get through hell to just to get to it. It was upstairs by itself, while all the other main rooms were downstairs.

We unwinded, taking off our shoes, jackets, and Lea even took her pants off. I looked at her awkwardly, questioning why she would take off her pants.

"U-uhm... Lea, why did you take off your pants?" I studdered. My cheeks started turning a bright pink color.

"Haha! We're best friends and your mother is drunk! I mean I don't mind people looking at me in my undies. It feels more free to me actually." She smiled, looking happy in all of this.

I thought to myself, if I should possibly do something. If I should finally say I wanted to say to her, but I'm not sure. She seems to be having fun right now, and I might just make it completely awkward.

I love her though.

She's the only thing I care about, and I just wouldn't be here.

"Hey... Lea, you're my sunshine you know that. You're basically the only reason I'm alive. So to put this straight forward. I'm in love with your very existence." I glanced at her, then quickly looked at the ground.

"You are? Are you sure you love my existence? I love yours though. I was immediately attracted to you, and look at where we are now. How can a hybrid love a human like me? I'm no-"

I cut her off and kissed her softly. I couldn't bare to hear another word. I just want to love her, and I want her for me and only me. I just want her love and that's all.

"My sweet Lea, please stay with me." I whispered as I removed my lips from hers.

"Lotus, I love you too." Lea mouthed to me.

Humans. They're supposed to be vicious, but for some, they are so truly beautiful. I am not normal either. I am an outcast of all hybrids. My fur is white because of who I love.

We are so different from everyone else.

I hugged Lea, as if it was the last time I would ever do so. She gently pushed away far enough to place her lips on mine. She then moved her hands down to my waist, laying her hands on my hips.

This was a genuine kiss, not one of those kissed that has no meaning. This one, was her telling me that she truly did love me.

'My dear Lea, your beautiful brown eyes, are so comforting.' I thought to myself while still kissing my lovely.

I backed away from the kiss, and looked down at her. "Will you date me? Will you be my newly founded girlfriend?" I said semi loudly.

She nodded, then rested her head on my chest. "Hey, now that's out of the way.. What would you like to do? I mean, we can run away together!" She looked up at me with a small smile.

"We can't do that, not now anyways." I whispered.

"Then... We'll have to plan it out, and get everything ready for that time, because I want to escape reality with you." She smiled at me.

'You're smile is so beautiful, my lovely.' I thought to myself, smiling back at her with a faint pink in my cheeks.

Lea's phone then suddenly ringing. Her ring tone was a cute chirp, over and over again.

"Awww! It's the 'beast' calling me... I have to go home now. So Lotus, text me what we need to escape." She got up and so did I to escort her outside.

We walked slowly, hoping it would give us more time to spend with each other, but then the front door finally appeared in front of us.

"Thank you for letting me come over again." Lea said quietly and quickly.
She then slowly walked out the door.

She was gone and I won't be able to see her till tomorrow.
