Slowly Falling Inlove

We both exited out the restaurant and walked to the closest animal shelter that I found on my phone, which is only 5 minute walk, according to google maps.

"So... What are you getting?"  He said, looking down on his phone. 

"I'm unsure" I scratched my head, "I'm tossed up between a dog and a cat."

"Definitely get a dog, they are fun to be around and are a man's best friend" He smiled, shoving his phone in his pocket. 

"I'll have to get a small dog though, big dogs are too much to handle in a small place like mine." I pouted.

"Did you want to get a big dog?" He asked, as we both stopped at the set of lights. He pressed the button, leaning on the pole. I was too busy checking him out, looking up and down. He is an extremely attractive man and his height is a plus. I looked up to his face seeing him have a smirk on his face then suddenly awkwardly coughed. 

I shook my head to get out that imagination and faced the other side of the street we were going to cross to. "I'll take that as no." He chuckled.

I looked over back at him again, giving him a confused look. "I'm sorry, I kind of zoned out. What did you say again?" I apologised. 

"Ah, it was nothing important." He said, "We'll check out what type of dogs there are. Maybe should get a Corgi? They are so adorable with their little legs and feet" 

My face light up when he said  about Corgi's, they were my favourite dogs ever. "I wonder if they have them, I'm sure they'll be expensive though."  I pouted.

He laughed, "I don't think they'll have any Corgi's at the shelter, well not they I know of. They are an expensive pet."  

I pouted, looking down on the street. "Hey, don't be sad about it. There's other cute dogs there too, that need a home." He pinched my cheek playfully. My cheeks started to get a light pink of what he just done, "Aww... Is someone blushing?" He laughed, poking the same cheek. I pushed him lightly as I started to grew into embarrassment. When the light went green for us to walk across, I quickly dashed away from him. 

"Hey, get back here." He yelled, chasing after me. He caught up to me in a second, grabbing hold around my waist and started pinching my cheeks. "Aww... look. I got a little baby" He chuckled. I elbowed him in the stomach causing him to release. "OW! Man down" He rubbed on the place I elbowed. 

"Oh no, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to elbow you that hard" I pouted, as I started to fill with regret. 

He laughed under his breath, "I'm only kidding around, you didn't hurt me at all. You weakling" 

I huffed, crossing my arms and continue walking to the shelter, but suddenly J-Fred grabbed my hand, pulling me back. "Where do you think you're going? We are here" 

I faced the shop, and he was right. We were right in front of the animal shelter. I quickly grabbed my camera out my bag and started vlogging. "So we are now out the front of the animal shelter, I'm so excited to get my first ever pet." 

We walked inside the animal shelter, as the door dinged when we opened it. "Welcome" said the very attractive lady who seemed to be working here, "Are you here to adopt? Or you just looking around?"

"I'm here to adopt a dog, but first I just want to look around." I replied. 

"We'll you came at the right time to adopt, we've been saving many animals  and can't hold or take care of all the animals we have rescued. During this week, we have a $20 off with free food and toys to take home." She said, leading us to where the dogs are kept. "So I hope you found a dog that you will adore and love."
