(Kendall's POV:)
Okay it was time for school actually Alex's birthday was a Sunday which was yesterday well I missed the scene where Conner gets angry at Alex.
It was actually unfair I just said one word out loud then Conner already made me leave their house.
Oh Gosh! Why do I kept on thinking of the unimportant stuffs this is annoying, I was at school today waiting for Ms.Garcia to come.
But then a bouquet of roses with letters and chocolates where passed through my table so I read the letter.
To:Kendall
From: Alex
Hi Kendall :)
Would you look at your face you look like you are so bored didn't I tell you I'll make you my best friend? Do I really do look pathetic?... Well for that case I already accepted the fact that I'm already pathetic wish me luck my friend :)
Okay that was weird then I was shocked seeing Alex beside me.
"What the hell?!" I said
"So would I be your friend?" Alex asked
Okay why is he begging too much from me gosh, is he really this desperate about being friends with a cold person.
"Would you stop appearing out of nowhere!" I shouted
He raised his arms like he was surrendering.
"Chill down Ken" He said with a smirk
Only my family members and friends could call me Ken, well only Family members cause I don't have friends didn't I tell you I distance myself from peeps a lot.
"Would you piss off already you're annoying" I said
"I wouldn't piss off unless you consider me already as you're friend" He said with a grin on his face
Oh come on this guy really won't stop unless he gets what he wants just like the other guys.
"No just piss off and pester other girls" I said
"I told you I'm not interested in them" He said
"And what makes you think that you have an interest in me?" I asked
He smiled okay I knew this guy is crazy.
"You're mysterious and doesn't get close to people too much and I like that I want to solve the puzzle Ken" He answered
Do I look like I'm a game to solve or stuffies like that.
"Well Alex I'm not a puzzle so don't try to solve the mystery in me" I said
I stood up and exited the classroom I didn't want to stay there and talk about such nonsense things.
I looked down in the ground I don't understand is he trying to play with me?
I bumped into someone and I stumbled back, I almost fell but he caught me I opened my eyes and saw Conner.
"Are you alright?" He asked
"Yeah I'm absolutely fine" I answered
I regained my balance it's gonna be awkward if I stayed in that position.
"You know I think you should give my brother a chance I saw his effort in buying those stuffs he gave you earlier" He said
I looked away but he held my chin and I faced him.
"I... I don't want to get close to other people" I said
"You have to try though it won't hurt if you try" He said
I removed his hand on my chin I walked towards the classroom and walked towards Alex who was in a deep thought.
"You know what fine I'll give you a chance" I said
He looked at me for a while trying to process what I just said and then he smiled.
"Glad you came" He said
(5 years later...)
Me and Alex have known each other for 5 years now and yes we we're best friends we're closer now than before maybe Conner was right there was nothing to worry about... other than trying.
"Hey Ken" Alex greeted me
This is the guy I'm never expecting to be my best friend.
"Hey Alex" I greeted back
"Wanna sleep over tonight?" He asked
"Sure" I answered
We laughed, we fought but over the years our friendship lasted :))
