The shelves are decorated with million of books that are hidden gems to me regardless of different sizes. Not to mention, the quiet atmosphere here matched the environment.
Additionally, the sound of calming waves beating against the ship suit the environment. I'm glad that Levy brought me to this paradise.
"Levy-chan, I didn't know pirate ship have a library." My eyes sparkled as I was fascinated by the ancient image of the library.
"This is not just a library, Lu-chan. This is a room of deep history and resources. " She pushed her glasses with her index finger as I nodded in agreement.
"Levy-chan, you wear glasses?" I asked her. I never seen her wear spectacles before.
"This is not purely glasses. This is a magic item. It allows me to read books faster whenever I need to translate a language or break some secret code." She explained.
"Do you remember Natsu's sword? It's also a magic item as well. It's his family's heirloom." She explained further.
"However, magic items is limited. And it cost a large sum of money to purchased one. Also, it's hard to find magic shops nowadays." She added on.
"Oh I see."
"Lu-chan, I recommend you to read this." Levy proceed and passed me a tower of books.
"Thank you, Levy-chan." I somehow balanced the book and placed it on the table with care. Thank goodness there is a table here.
"Oh Lu-chan, its time for my duty. I need to go. Bye." She took a look of her watch and hurried to her next venue.
"Bye, Levy-chan." I began to submerged myself with ton of books.
Natsu POV:
I'm grateful that Jellal appeared and save me from that devil by convincing her. He somehow acted as a calming effect on her.
Alright, it's my fault as well for interrupting their business in the middle of night but I really desperately wanted to speak with the newlyweds.
My back ached due to the torturing lesson with Erza. What I meant that she is a good teacher. I know I just lied.
Making my way to the library, my heart thumped each step towards the library. I'm not looking for her. I'm just wanted to explore library.
"Flame brain, where you going?" Gray Fullbuster, my second-in-charge blocked my path.
"Library, ice princess." I crossed my arms and proceeded to continued my journey.
"Since when the flame brain goes to the library?" He halted me from going further. Since now.
"I need to search for some maps." I lied to cover myself up.
"That is Levy's job. Not yours. What drive you to visit the library?" He raise his right eyebrow.
"I just want to explore the library." I looked away nervously as my cheeks started to burn. What is this feeling?
