Sleeping Beauty

So before I tell you my thoughts about this story let me tell you a story about me:

I remember when I watched this movie for the first time with my sis.Next day in my class I was sitting beside a classmate of mine and she was sleeping. My teacher saw her and told me to wake her up while she started erasing the white board, I had this sleeping beauty thing stuck up in my mind and the girl sitting beside was kinda looking you know cute :P while sleeping. So I was about to wake her up then I thought what if she was 'aurora'(sleeping beauty), having a deep peaceful slumber waiting for her prince charming to wake her up by giving her the kiss of love.
So I bent a little,her hair were scattered all over her face I softly moved it behind her ear and slowly slowly came close to her
Closer and Closer till I knew she could feel my heavy breathing on her face. I moved my lips towards her lips and closed my eyes *-*. Just as our lips were about to touch I got back into my senses and rememered this is not a movie and I am sitting in my class
"Agr aise uthaya to jootay parey ge"(if I wake her up this way she is going to beat me with her sandals)
So I backed off and took a deep breath and grab a hold of her and started shaking her wildly "utho utho miss keh rhi hain utho" (wake up wake up the teacher is telling you to wake up)
So she woke up, rubbed her eyes and told me "is this the way to wake somebody up dont you have any manners, you dont shake people like soda cans you fool".
I gave her no reaction and deep inside I told myself "yup she ain't no aurora" :D

Ok About the movie. This movie again focuses on the same aspect that is love at first sight or I should say Love with the outer beauty. The guy does not know much about her still loves her. Like how, I cant understand. Love means that you care for somebody so much that you can even sacrifice your life for him/her. Let me ask you "Would you sacrifice your life for some stranger". NO!!!! You wont. Why would you?? If you cant sacrifice your life for somebody you claim that you love then believe me thats not true love!
How could a stranger who barely know her give her a true love's kiss
I dont believe it
These stories tells us that if you are born beautiful you deserve a handsome charming Prince. It does not matter how much ugly you are from the inside.
Why is it called sleeping beauty. Not sleeping girl. Why so much focus on outer beauty...There are so many girls who thrive to be like these disney princesses and expect some prince charming to come and rescue them from their misery.
Girls!!! Listen to me you dont need a prince or a hero to save you. All you need is self belief and self confidence to succeed. Trust Me!!!
Why depend on a jerk who only saves or falls in love with a girl just because she looks good and makes him horny
Somebody who does not know a thing about his girl wants to marry her just because she is the most beautiful girl in all the kingdom
