The war

You looked around the battlefield you were terrified every second you had to watch a gem get shattered. your diamond wanted you to check on earth for a bit then return but you got caught up in the war. You knew you would be shattered sooner or later you had no idea how to fight cause after all you are just a aristocratic gem. You ran to a small cave that was covered by vines and strawberry bushes. "I'm gonna get shattered" you said. You hugged your knees and sobbed quietly. You could hear the sounds of smashing and weapons hitting eachother. "I don't wanna die" you said. You could hear footsteps near the cave. The gem hit the bushes with her hand and peered in at you. You started at her then shut your eyes tightly. She sat in the cave with you and she breathed heavily. "Aren't you going to shatter me" you asked quietly. The gem chuckled quietly. "Why would I shatter a aristocratic gem who did nothing to me or my friends" she said. You looked at her and wiped your tears. "I'm Y/N" you said shyly. The gem smiled. "I'm bismuth" she said. She grabbed your hand gently. "Cmon I know a safe place" she said. She picked you up and ran towards a couple gems with a pink bubble around them. She knocked on the bubbled and the tall gem with pink hair let down the bubble. You both got in the bubble and the pink haired gem summoned her bubble again. "Who is this" said the pink haired gem. "Guys this is Y/N and I think she would make a great crystal gem" said bismuth. The tall gem with blue and pink hair smiled lightly at you. "Welcome to the team" said the blue and pink haired gem.
