My Hero & Best Friend(Dark Knight x reader)

(Your P.O.V)

        I was sitting in the bus next to my brother, Marco, I noticed some kids were looking out the window. I thought it was weird, but I shrugged it off and started to draw in my sketchbook. When we finally made it to school, and I soon figured out why some of the kids on the bus were looking out the windows, it was because one of my best friends was running to catch up to it. Marco and I both had the same look on our faces as we went up to him. He was wearing his black and neon green jacket with his black pants, and his black shoes. "So what's your excuse this time for missing the bus Danny?" Marco asked as he put his hand on Danny's back.

       "My alarm didn't go off again. So I ended up chasing the bus instead of riding it," Danny laughed nervously still out of breath. I laughed quietly 'well he must've has a great wake up call' I thought somewhat sarcastically. "Well I'm going to go freshen up a bit see you later Marco and see you in class (Y/N)!" Danny yelled running off.

       Marco shook his head, "I swear I will never know how Danny gets himself into situations like that."

        "Oh give him a break Marco he probably just stayed up late."

        "Oh yea doing what?" Marco raised an eyebrow.

I only sighed and mumbled, "Probably playing video games again.."

        "Exactly my point (Y/N). Danny probably stayed up too late playing video games and now he paid the price by having to chase the bus to get to school," Marco stated.

        I rolled my eyes, "Yea whatever. I need to get to class now Marco, cya!" I quickly ran into my classroom sitting next to Alexis, one of my many best friends. I noticed Danny still wasn't in class until I heard the teacher having a serious talk with someone about something, I don't know I didn't really care to listen. Then I saw Danny walk into class and sit down, both me and Alexis said 'hi' to him, but I soon went back to drawing. "Hey (Y/N) did anyone ask you out yet? You know, like for prom," Alexis asked curiously looking into my (E/C) eyes with her sky blue ones. I shook my head 'No' at her question and her eyes widened, "Really? Geez some guys are total idiots they have no idea that they are missing out on a totally cute, creative, kind-hearted girl!"

         "I wouldn't say I'm all that Alexis. Plus even if I did have someone ask me out they probably would get a long talk from Marco," I said trailing off towards the end thinking about the whole situation.

          "Well then me and Marco would have a talk about you being aloud to make your own choices and that you don't need him to baby you," Alexis said. "Also I'm surprised Danny hasn't asked you out."

I gave her a very confused look, "What do you mean by that Alexis?"

She shook her head, "Sorry it was just me thinking out loud sorry if it made you felt uncomfortable."

            "Its ok," was all I said because I was still confused 'Danny asking me out I find that hard to believe'

(Danny's P.O.V)

             As I sat down in my seat I could see that Alexis was talking to (Y/N). I couldn't quite make out what they were talking about though. I was about to talk to my friend, Harry, but I heard Alexis mention my name. It took me a second to figure out why she mentioned my name, until I remembered what I could hear them talking about, this caused me to have a little blush. 'Why did you have to mention that Alexis?'

           I was at the football field with Marco and (Y/N) watching Chris practice. (Y/N) was drawing in her sketchbook like she usually does, as she was sitting on the bench upside down. I've noticed she likes to do that. "So Danny who are you going to ask to go out with you?" Marco asked curiously.
