Old friends (Reclaimer x reader)

(Reclaimer P.O.V)
~flashback~
       (Y/N) and I were fighting side by side trying our best to defend our planet from the invaders. I had my back turned to (Y/N), while I was fighting an invader. I heard (Y/N) scream in pain, I turned around to see that one of the invaders had knocked her down and had cut across her eye. I quickly ran towards her aid and stabbed the invader, I turned to her with worry, "Are you alright?"
       She gave a small laugh, "Never better." She had her one eye closed and a determined look on her face.
       I quickly helped her up and we ran into my parent's castle only to find the leader of the invasion, Crimson, in the room with my parents. "Your invasion ends here Crimson!" I said angered.
         He only gave off a laugh and he smirked right after, "You are so wrong young prince, this is where I stop your forces from stopping my invasion of your planet."
          "We will stop your forces from invading our planet Crimson. We are all determined warriors here and we will fight until the very end!" (Y/N) said in a determined manor. She was always a good friend and warrior, and what she said was true, she would fight until the very end if she had to.
        "I wouldn't be so sure about that," Crimson said flatly. He pulled out his sword and pointed it at my parents, causing me to flinch. I didn't realize is that my powers were building up inside ready to blow at any second. I blasted in Crimson's direction, but instead of hitting my original target it hit my parents instead.
      (Y/N) gasped as Crimson laughed. We both ran over to my parents I held my mom close, "Mom I am so sorry.....I didn't mean to..," I whispered. My mom smiled softly and weakly.
      "We knew you would never mean to do something like this. But do not let this stop you...and most certainly don't....let your emotions....c-cloud y-your judgement..." Those were my mom's last words before she went limp, she was no longer breathing, and her eyes were a little bit duller they normally would be, they showed no expression. I could feel the anger boil inside of me, as some tears rolled down my face.
       I got up and faced Crimson with my sword ready. I could tell (Y/N) was ready too, even though she never had parents, my parents were the closet thing to having parents to (Y/N). So, I'd imagine she wasn't too happy either. We both charged at Crimson, we swung/fired our weapons at him only causing him to block with his own sword, and pushing us back. Everything was going good in the whole entire battle, I finally got the upper hand and tripped Crimson, I pointed my sword at him. "We told you Crimson your invasion ended here, and that we were determined to defeat you and your forces," (Y/N) said flatly, but her voice still had anger in it.
       I saw Crimson's hand light up with a bright red, I knew what he was going to do. I was suddenly pushed by someone, and I fell to the ground. I heard (Y/N) scream in pain again, and u turned to see that she pushed me out of the way and got blasted to the wall instead. As I started to run towards her, Crimson escaped. I held (Y/N) in my arms, "What were you thinking?!"
       She had her determined smile still, but it was a little bit weaker than normal. "I-I couldn't l-let him kill m-my best f-friend right in front of me. I-I had t-to do something," she forced the words out.
       "Why would you risk your life for mine?! (Y/N) I would rather me die then for you to die!" I was tearing up as I somewhat yelled.
        "I would risk my life for yours because I know you would be able to do amazing things if you were alive....A-and I feel the same way I-I would rather me die then for you to die," she said softly, her breathing slowed down.
           "(Y/N) please don't leave me....I've already lost so much today...... You can't be one if them!" I started holding her closer, I just let my tears fall. I felt her hand on my cheek, causing me to look at her.
            "You need to let me go....if you wish to accomplish anything....Trust me I wish.....I wish I could stay to help accomplish everything that will happen to you in the future......but... that won't happen..... if you ever miss me just look back on the good memories we made together... use your memories of me as a boost to help you whenever you need it," she had a smile but tears were rolling down her face. I was going to tell her something until, her hand slid off my face and her eyes had a blank expression. I only held her close 'I never got to tell her what I wanted to tell her'
