I was in chemistry class with Kaitlin. Just in time to look up and see the door open revealing the boy I ran into this morning. "Mr. Derrick Wild you are late". "Sorry ma'am it will never happen again"he said while looking around. Please don't make him see me. I was pleading in my mind, but unfortunately those ocean blue eyes only landed on me and the only empty seat was beside me. I glared at the seat like it could do anything. "Poor seat, why you glaring at it like that"Derrick said. "Nothing"I mumbled under my breath. I scribbled the notes the teacher was dictating to us in my book. "Hey wanna get out of this class its boring". "No thank you I want to learn unlike you"I said."Ms. Matthews is there anything you and Mr. Wild want to share with the class". "No-" "Yes Mrs. Brown, we were actually talking about the formula you gave us. The answer is H20. 05" "that is correct"said Mrs.Brown. Was he actually distracting me and also listening. I kept my mouth shut until the bell rang. The bell rang, I dashed out the door before Derrick could talk to me. I walked towards the cafeteria as quickly as my feet could carry, I heard Kaitlin calls behind me. I felt someone hands around my waist. "So Jhinelle is the name"a deep husky voice said, but I already knew who it was. "What do you want Derrick? "I said harshly. "Woa can't I walk my new friend to the cafeteria?" "Derrick said. "Friend"I sneered. I could see Kaitlin cringe beside me. "Why so harsh? "Derrick said. As I walked into the cafeteria ignoring Derrick's question, I saw a empty table. I went and collected a cheese burger with fries, Derrick collected a cheese rolls and Kaitlin collected a cheese pizza. We went and sit at the table to eat, Derrick was taking out my fries. I smacked his hand away"Get your own!!!"I hissed. "Wow mean much"Derrick said."Its food what do you expect"said Kaitlin. He chuckled and said "You love food huh". "Yup" I chuckled.
"Hey sweetheart"said a boy who just came to the table, too engrossed in what Kaitlin was talking about I didn't pay any attention."Hey Jason"growled Derrick. "What's up Derrick" sneered the boy who I supposed name is Jason. Kaitlin and I notice the tension between them"We need to go to the bathroom"we said in unison."Ok"they said in unison.
We got up and ran towards the bathroom,when we got to the door when we heard some girls talking"I can't believe Derrick chose that new bitch over me, he banged me last night and now he is all with that....with that whore"we heard sniffling. I pushed the door open, the girls turn around and glared at me. I walked into a stall and let go of my waste. I came out and wash my hands taking out my purse out of my bag and applying some mascara and some lip gloss. "Don't want to look like a ghost applying so much make-up would you"a girl with tall brunette hair reaching her waist with red puffy eyes and a pink nose, her eyes were brown. She wash her face while her goons glared at me. She applied a little red lipstick on her plumped lips then smirked towards me."Woa I didn't realize how pretty you are"she said sarcastically. "I am so fluttered right now, how sweet you are". She rolled her eyes, I turned and motion for Kaitlin to walk to the door. I turned and followed. I heard snickering behind me I turned around smirk and give them the finger. When I returned to the cafeteria there was a fight between Derrick and Jason. Derrick was on top of Jason, he swinged his hand behind him and give Jason one blow in the nose. I could see Jason flinch from where I was standing. I was going to stop them but I heard Derrick said"I. Can't. Believe. You. Called. Her. A. Whore."between blows. His two friends from earlier came and drag him off of Jason. "What the fuck man?"asked one of them. "Domonic he called the new girl a whore."said Derrick, I gasped. I walk up to Jason and give him a slap in the face making his face turn to the right. "BITCH!!!"said Jason and Derrick growled after him. The bell rang, the rest of the day flew by.
