I don't know why she never take a break from all this. Yes, we need the money,really need this income for my education and to pay bills for the house that we live in. Also groceries because we need to eat. But she has to take a few days off. This worthless,masculine figure on the other hand does nothing. Absolutely nothing. He has no purpose in this house. Every single day he has a routine. Wake up from which ever part of the house he manages to stumble his way into the previous night. Then asks his wife, hard working wife for money,claiming he has something important to do or somewhere to go. Finds himself at a bar to drink his life away until he was content with himself and his day. Dad.
There is not one day that I recall him asking my mom how is she or whether she needed him to run an errand or two for her. He has never done so. Among the many things my dad does and don't do,this one aggravates me the most. It wasn't always this dull between them. They were much better than this. I always wished to be like my mom and dad. Dad always said to me that he loves my mom since the first day he met her . There Will not be one person or situation that w will stop him from doing so. I always looked up to my dad to be just like him but right now,at this stage in my life i'm rethinking my wishes and intentions.
I feel useless knowing that I can't do anything to help. School has been the one thing to consume his day and being on the school's swim team was just a plus. I wish there was some way to assist my mom. I mean for a fact she is trying to pay my way to college. If I make my own money now to add to what she already put aside,she only has to work the one job. Unless,there is a way I can...
