Welcome to my life, the life of Rain Walters.
I grew up with my mother. I have no idea who or where my dad is. I have a sister, a definition of perfect. She's better than me, in every way. She has good grades, A*s, while my report card is filled with B's.
She has green eyes, and a beautiful smile. She's tall, and tanned. I'm not very tall, yet short, and as pale as a sheet of paper. She has many admirers, I don't.
Well, let me just make it simpler - she has everything I don't. And you might be thinking, "Oh, it happens, you know... Just sibling problems. Everyone's faced that in a lifetime." But no, I might look like an ordinary 16 year old girl, but that's not what I really am. And now, you're probably thinking I'm abnormal... That's not what I meant either. I smile, I laugh, I have a couple of friends, I have a good reputation (well, mostly because of Dana, my sister)
But what's hidden inside, is a broken Rain Walters, who cries in bed every night hugging herself, wondering why she's worthless and will ever be good enough.
Well, welcome to my life, once again.
