It was like everything was perfect..
Aaliyah was in honor classes and had honor roll every quarter. She truly worked hard. But sometimes, she didn't want to be known as the quiet, shy and nerdy girl in high school. With a father as a doctor and a mother as a lawyer, that was their only expectations.
It was the last day and the day of graduation and everybody was hyped. All people were talking about was colleges and signing yearbooks. Aaliyah was sitting with her friends Sierra and Tyler talking about what their majors are gonna be. Sierra wanted to be an artist and Tyler wanted to be a nurse like Aaliyah. When the bell rung, everybody left and Aaliyah was the only one in the room. She would be with Cece and Tyler but they don't talk out of school. They talk behind Aaliyah's back and say that she's boring. Aaliyah noticed so she distanced herself.
Later that day was the graduation. Everybody gathered up and sat in their designated seats. Everybody goes up and it was Aaliyah's turn. She goes up wearing this (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=108087590) a and goes across the stage to get multiple awards. At the end, everybody did farewells and they all left.
Next thing you know, the summer went by and it was time for Aaliyah to get ready to go. Her dad helped her put her stuff in the limo as they’re on their way to the airport.

I can’t wait to go to Georgia State! I’m so nervous though. I have nobody but myself! My parents are going back to New York. Atleast i can be independent and try to come out my shell….
As she came on the campus, they gave her the dorm number and directory for her room. She got more excited as she reached her room. It looks like somebody already moved in too.
