I turn around from the living room and run up the stairs to my room, the tears clouding my eyes. This happened more than it should. I got lucky when I didn't receive any hits, so I thanked the moon goddess above that I didn't get hurt physically.
My step father had shoved twenty pounds down my trouser pockets to get a ride there. I was taking a few different busses there, since I didn't have friends to take me.
In fact, when I thought about it, I've never really had a close friend. Just the few people I barley talk to at school.
I pack the very few clothes I owned, and walked back down the stairs. I look into the living room and see my family happily laughing at the television.
My mum was laying down next to my step dad, as his arms enclosed her. All my little sisters sitting in various places on the floor. They all hated me, and I could see how much easier life would be for then if I just left.
So that's what I did, I quickly walked threw the front door, ignoring the yelling my step father made. I walked down the street, and towards the closest bus stop
I gleefully step in the bus after waiting a good ten minutes, handing him five pounds to take me to the closest stop to London.
Here I go... to my freedom.
