Chapter Two
Louis' POV:
It's been about 3 days sense I went to the bakery, Josh told me I was obsessed or something, teasing me saying I have a crush. Which I obviously don't. He's a guy, I'm a guy, people would look at us weird, people would call us names like 'queer' or 'homo-fag' Stuff like that. And plus I wouldn't be able to have a proper family. So it wouldn't even work if I did like him.
I sighed and took a quick shower then put on some sweats, a hoodie and a beanie and some black Vans. My almost everyday-weekend outfit. I took a walk around the campus, looking for a place to eat, I was in the mood for like .. some IHop but there is none in walking distance. Maybe I could go to the bakery, I mean what harm would it do? I flicked my hair out of my face, walking to the bakery. I'm really creeping myself out, It's like I find what ever excuse to come to this bakery, to see Harry. I think I might have a problem, an addiction.
I stepped through the doors to be hit with warm hair and the smell of fresh made donuts, and it smelt delicious. Harry's head snapped up to the sound of the bell and smiled at me. I looked around a saw it wasn't that crowded, only a few tables full. I walked up to the barrier and looked at Harry. I realized how tall he is. He could be like that giant off of jack and the bean stock.
"How tall are you?" I randomly asked him, making him chuckle.
"I'm 6'1" He smiled as he leaned onto the glass thing between us. "Very tall." I chuckle, "I'm very short, it's not fair." I pouted, pushing out my bottom lip at him.
"I like short people... their cute." He laughed softly and brushed some flour off of his apron. I blushed at his words, or maybe it was just from the complement I've never gotten before "I'm nowhere near cute, Thank you very much." I stood up straight and crossed my arms over my chest. Harry rolled his eyes.
'So did you come to talk or eat?" He smiled at me. I shrugged and tried to hide my smile that always showed up when he was around my bubble. "Both." I adjusted my beanie on my head.
"Well my shift is over, wanna take a table and eat?" He looked at me with a toothless smile. I nodded as he grabbed two things from the glass thingy and lead me to a booth in the back. We sat across from each other. We talked and ate, laughing a bit making Barbara- the owner I'm guessing?- shush us with a smile. I noticed some things about Harry that I haven't noticed before: like when you talk he watches your lips, he has a habit of licking and biting his lips when he's interested into the conversation. How he gets annoyed of his hair and huffs when it wont stay in place. And in all honestly. It's cute. Yeah... Cute.
"So what brings you around here a lot?" Harry looked at me, playing with his long fingers. I shrugged and ruffled my hair to the side, "Well, I go to the University just a block away and I was walking around, bored out of my mind and decided to go in here and I like the muffins so... I came back!" I giggled and Harry rose an eye brow.
"What did you just do?" Harry looked at me strangely. I shrugged, "A giggle?" shifting in his seat he smiled.
"I like it when you giggle. It's adorable." He squeezed my cheeks and I swatted his hands away with a chuckle.

I ran back to the dorms in the rain, the wind was even blowing, really hard. When I walked in to my dorm I was completely soaked, head to toe.
"Someone got excited!" Josh winked at me, his inner perverted-ness burning through. Josh is one of those that you would think is all innocent and cute, cupcakeiness and shit. But noooooo, he's the opposite. I could be a pervert if I wanted to but there's really no one for me to be a pervert to. I rolled my eyes at Joshes statement and dried off with a fluffy towel and grabbed some fresh clothes, changing into them in the bathroom.
The rest of the day was really a blur, we did nothing but shoot pop corn coronals at balloons on the wall. It can be fun sometimes, and at other when someone or something is stuck in your head, it's boring. Collage life is boring.
"AHHHHHHH!!!!!" I screamed, jumping off my bed and pointing at a huge spider sitting on it, "Jossshhhhhhhh!!!!" I whined and looked at him. He rolled his eyes and smiled, clearly amused with my reaction. He grabbed a shoe and smashed it and flicked it into the trash.
"There you baby." He said still amused I'm guessing. I pouted and lays back onto my bed. "I'm not a baby." I mumbled as I drifted into sleep.
~*~
Me and Harry planned hanging out today, at his dorm, turns out he goes to the same collage which is nice cause I'd like to get more friends. I took a gulp of my water as we sat on his bed, in dead silence.
"Louis, why are you so awkward?" Harry chuckled as he faced me. I raised an eyebrow.
"What? how am I awkward?" I sat up, interested in his answer.
"Well, I mean your always shy and awkward, like you just chuckle randomly when your un-conferrable, or when your trying to hide a blush, which - just incase you didn't know - you don't hide well." He smiled at me.
"Well, I'm just one of those people who aren't usually in the conversation like, I'm always the person who sits there, listening, not talking and just nodding along. I guess I'm use to being left out and then when I'm not I just... I hide in my shell?" I shrugged, looking at my small hands. Why am I so small?
"And you get distracted a lot..." He said quietly as he moved my head to face him, which made my vision full of a stupid, curly haired boy's smile.
