I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock beeping annoyingly and sighed, knowing I have to get up to go to my job at the hair salon. It's Friday, one of the most busiest days out of the week.
Yesterday, knowing I was going to go to the salon with my hair dirty from a 3 day wash n' go, I set my alarm for 9 am. I could've waken up at 12pm because that's when my first appointment is, but I took myself to sleep after a night class I had, knowing I should have just washed and deep conditioned my hair last night.
I got out of bed and walked to my bathroom to wash my face, brushed my teeth, and turn on the shower so it could heat up for when I'm ready to jump in.
Then I went to my walk in closet to pick out my clothes so I don't have to do it after I get out the shower.
I walked back into my bathroom and took my long,thick, and curly hair out of the messy bun I had it in the day before. I turned on my music so I could listen while washing my hair and Rihanna's - Love On The Brain blasted through my waterproof speaker as I got into the shower.

After a couple of more songs I finally got out of the shower and used one of my old shirts to get some of the water out of my hair. I grabbed my coconut oil, shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie, and cantu leave-in conditioner. I massaged them through my hair, making sure not to put too much so my hair doesn't weigh down, and put my hair in a neat bun, leaving some strands out on the sides.
Walking back into my room, I put on my all grey body suit with a Victoria's Secret Burgundy windbreaker, my white converse, and my gold chain that says 'Jasmine'.
Taking my iPhone 7 Plus from the charger while, putting some of my chap stick in pocket. I looked at the time and saw that India texted me.
Bestfriendd💓: What time you get off from work today?
Me: 3pm
Bestfriendd💓: okay, lets meet up at the diner.
Me: Okay
Walking down the stairs, I grabbed the keys to my Mercedes and walked out the door. I got in my car and drove off to the salon.
