Just lost a friend

Guys I know I look like shit but I just lost one of my friends she has need battling cancer for 4 years and we thought we had like cured it with the therapy but it was to much she passed yesterday morning and I just heard about it today. Idk what to do I've never lost a friend I feel numb like I can't do anything anymore
