Chapter 1: A night of Sadness and Betrayal

The wind was howling like a banshee, the moon was high covered in clouds the stars shining bright. Everything but what the wind was blowing was still nobody on the quite street, the with a loud pop two 8 year old kids a boy and a girl show up out of nowhere laughing and giggling.

Won't uncle Prongs and aunt Flower be surprised when they see us said the boy, very much yes they will be, were 8 and we just apperated on our own said the girl still giggling.

When they turned around to look at the house behind them at Godric's Hollow all the happiness left them for instead of the house looking beautiful and happy, it was dark and gloomy and they heard people casting spells. The twins ran as fast as they could into the house to try and see what was happening.

By the time they entered the house, they saw what nobody let alone two 8 year olds should see. Uncle Prongs wake up wake up uncle please wake up, they both cried. Then they heard yelling and screaming from upstairs, then they heard there aunt yell

NOT HARRY, please no, TAKE ME, kill me instead. Hearing this they started running to there cousin's room as fast as they could full of rage and anger.

This is my last warning, they heard someone say who they never heard there voice before as they got to Harry's bedroom.

Then they heard the horrible voice yell Avada Kedavra and saw a flash of green light, then they heard something hit the floor, they knew that monster just killed there aunt unable to take it anymore they barged into the room and both at the same time while holding hands and pointing there free hands at the mysterious man, they yelled STAY AWAY FROM OUR COUSIN YOU MONSTER. They yelled this with so much emotion that fire left the boys hand and lighting left the girls hand both going right for the man and hitting him with such a force he's knocked back.

Insolent children after I kill your cousin I'm killing both of you, the man laughed. He pointed his wand at Harry then yelled Avada Kedavra

The twins unable to control them selves, unleashed a greater burst of fire and lighting hitting the monster that just killed there uncle aunt and cousin, the same time his spell hit there cousin Harry.

To there astonishment the monster turned to dust just as there emotions lost control again blowing the roof of the house up.

Then they heard it something they thought they wouldn't ever again, there cousin Harry crying and pulling on his mother's hair. With a face full of confusion on why she isn't moving. They ran up to him and held him while crying and screaming about what happened. Then they heard someone else run in crying.

They turned to see who it was and it was there uncle Peter before they could say anything they heard him say "oh master if I knew you would have been destroyed I would have gotten the Mud-Blood out of the house."

Unable again they lost control of there emotions, YOU MONSTER YOUR NO BETTER THAN A COMMON HOUSE HOLD RAT, they yelled glaring at him with eyes full of hate and betrayal.

THEY TRUSTED YOU PETER AND INSTEAD OF GRIEVING FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR FRIENDS AND OUR FAMILY, YOUR GRIEVING FOR THE HORRIBLE MONSTER THAT DID THIS, HOW DARE YOU COME INTO THIS HOUSE AND GRIEVE FOR THAT MONSTER.

Without saying another word they both toke hold of one of his hands and apperated to the office of the headmaster of Hogwarts and leader of the Order Of The Phoenix.

Uncle Albus we have terrible news you need to hear and memories you need to see, they said to the confused man sitting behind a huge desk.

Before he could say a word they added but first bind this monster for aiding the other monster that just killed uncle Prongs and aunt Flower and tried to kill our cousin Harry.

Without saying a word Albus Dumbledore did as the twins asked and froze Peter the Rat then the twins started explaining best they could everything that they saw happen.

----- few hours later -----

"I was under the impression that your uncle PadFoot was the secret keeper" said Albus Dumbledore

No Uncle Prongs wanted him to be but it was the snivelling rat behind us that was, Aunt Flower said it would have been to obvious so they decided to pick Peter answered the twins.

"I know that I will regret saying these words but Uncle Albus I think Aunt Flowers sister would be the best choice for a place for my cousin Harry to grow up, because who would expect him to be under the care of the most wizard hating person I've ever met." Stated the girl

" I couldn't agree more with you Moon, I'll send Hagrid to take him there, and I'll be sending you and your brother light to headquarters so you can grieve like you need to with everyone else and as for Peter he's going to Azkaban for a kiss from the Dementors." said Albus Dumbledore sternly.

"good night brave Moon and Light your powers are indeed interesting." Said Albus Dumbledore with a light smile

Good night Uncle Albus said the twins, we're off to find Uncle PadFoot first so he can stay out of trouble and with that they were gone.

--- at the burrow a few hours later ---

The twins are just getting finished telling what happened inside Potter Manor to the rest of the Order Of The Phoenix who hasn't yet heard the full story.

"Thank heavens you two are safe, it's a blessing that you know who didn't kill you as well." Said Molly Weasley while weeping.

Yes it is and we know that but we got so emotional we lost control and we wanted to help make sure Aunt Flowers promise to that monster was kept we couldn't stand by and watch our little cousin die, we would have rather died trying to protect him than watch him die and do nothing. The twins said crying over and over holding onto each other tightly while rocking back and forth

So would we all everyone else in the room answered.

After Yawning a bit the twins said goodnight to everyone and headed to bed.

" Light I want to see Harry tomorrow and see if his Aunt and Uncle are treating him good" said Moon while laying in her bed yawning.

" Sounds perfect Moon I think he would love that, if they aren't then we can scare them a bit we did almost die trying to protect him from that monster." Answered Light from his bed while yawning.
