Phil's POV
I'm planning to finally ask Dan out. I've had a crush on him forever. If he rejects me it will be super awkward but if he says yes I will just probably cry if joy.
I decide I should get him a gift so I decide to buy him tickets for another trip to Japan. "Dan I'm going out." I yell "Ok then see you later" Dan replies. I leave the house and catch a taxi to the shops so I can go to the travel agency. While I'm in the taxi a car slams into the taxi. The car flips over. That's all I see before my world goes black.
Dan's POV
I wonder what Phil is doing. He seems to be in a rush and was clearly happy about something. My phone is ringing."Hello." I say "Hello are you Daniel Howell?" I can hear sirens in the background and suddenly I'm terrified. "Yes it is." I reply "Well Daniel your friend Phillip Lester has been in a car accident and I'm sorry but he isn't waking up I believe he is in a coma." I sink to the floor and tears come to my eyes "Thank you for letting me know." I say in a dull voice and then I hang up and begin to sob, curled up on the floor.
