Hitting the road

"Isabella, why are you leaving me?" My younger sister Samantha asks, "don't leave me with mommy and daddy. They don't take me shopping."
" Sammy, next year you'll be 16, you'll be driving. I have to get out of here. I promise I'll come and visit." I told her.
"Can I come with you?"
"No. You have to finish school."
" I can finish wherever you go."
"Sammy, stay here and watch mom and dad. Be with them, don't ignore them."
"They don't like me, like they like you." Sammy said getting on her phone.
"Maybe if you stay off of your phone for a minute, you can talk to them."I said snatching her phone away.
"Hey, that's my life."
"Samantha, don't do this. Pay attention to mom and dad more than you do your phone. They love you, but you can't see it because your phone is blocking your view."
"Fine, I will try to limit the phone,but you don't have to leave me."
"Sammy, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I have to take it."
"Who are you assisting anyway?"
"I have no clue, I guess I will know when I go to New York."
" You're driving up there though. That is like 19 hours."
"Girl, we live in Kentucky. It's only 10." I smiled.
She gave me a big hug and smiled, "well be careful on the road because I need my big sister."
"I will."
I said bye to my parents and left. I was heading to NY. I didn't stop, I took the straight shot. I mean I stopped to refresh myself before I met important people. Ok you caught me, I changed my outfit and I ate. I left around 11pm and got to my destination around 9:30am. I also took a quick nap and then I called the number and it was a lady.
"Hi this is Isabella,you called me about the job." I said.
"Yes Isabella, I told you to meet me at Madison square garden."
"Ok. I will be there in five minutes."
"Ok I will see you then." She hung up and I headed to Madison Square. I had a picture of the lady so I knew what she looked like. I saw her and went to her.
"Hello Miss Jones. I am Mrs. Adeline Jackson. How are you?"the lady said
"I am very well,how about you?"
"Good, please sit." She said.
