The Beach Of Dreams

*Three weeks earlier*

I could feel rays of sun hitting my face "Adam, Look, over there" I looked up, there was a figure over me, it was Amy, she looked like her face was sunburnt, we must of been on the beach for hours, because my face felt steaming hot too "What exactly am I looking at?" Her hand was pointing out into the ocean, but the ocean looked stranger than what I could remember, it had green, yellow and red coming off the waves, the more I stared at the ocean, the more disfigured it looked "I can't see anything?" She put her arm over my chest and laid down next to me, close. "Don't worry, its gone now, only a dolphin" I almost forgot that we had been dating for just over a month, and the connection grew sharper as soon as her thought came into mind "Oh, I'm sorry, I must not be as fast as you think I am Amy" She stared up at me "That's not what you said to me the other night, I believe the words were 'Nice and slow' as I recall" She then gave a cheeky grin, I busted into laughter "And you need to keep your mouth shut" I blushed and rolled away from her "No, Come back Adam! I need my boyfriend material back!" She started to giggle and attempted to pull me closer, failing as I get up and started to run towards the water "Hey! Get back here Mr!" She started sprinting towards me, I turned around and saw her with open arms, she tackled me into the water and rapped her arms around my shoulders, I sat up, and she came in for a kiss, her lips touched mine and they were softer than anything I could imagine, I loved it too much, I wish this day could never end. Her lips pulled away from mine, and she looked happily into the water, her eyes reflected the light on the sand below "Adam, Why did you fall for me?" I looked up at her "You asked me out, and it made me feel happy that day, but why did you do it?" she looked into my eyes, like she was trying to see into my very life force, I thought for a second before answering that question "I did it, because I had feelings for you, I trusted you, and you made me feel very happy with myself, why wouldn't I run into your arms?" I looked into the sky, and she laid her hand on my cheek and gently pushed my face so I was looking at her eyes "Adam...I love you....truly..." I thought for a second "Amy, I-" The light grew stronger from the sun, and made me hear a ringing notice, it shook my soul and I fell backwards into the darkness behind me, I heard voices from above me, one of them shaking me "The dog is called.....he will protect...save him....leave no trace..." The words made no sense, and I could only see a head shaking above me, I screamed out in pain, as a sharp pain came from my head, and I violently started clawing at my eyes, they were so sore, I was so angry at someone, and the anger was being released on myself. Shadows came and started forming around me, and soon I could see only darkness again

"So she was my girlfriend, what does this have to do with you?" The darkness was making me feel almost cold "I don't understand why you went there first Adam..." The voice sounded sadder than last time. "I can't remember anything, I need to get my bearings before I jump into what else was waiting for me on the other side" There was silence, my words echoed through the abyss that was a coma, and finally, the voice spoke again "We need to get you closer to the reason why you are here, no more time wasting please..." Another light started to shine behind me "I'm taking you to the day you meet me...be careful with this one..." The light grew stronger, and as it grew, it felt like my soul was being pulled towards it...
